“worth the cost”

nice room with some good room service,maintenance is awesome.....simply superb...only thing lacking is beach view

“Was impressed at the beginning and disappointed in the end”

They had the room decorated as i had asked for and the service was good. the staff were friendly and we had a good time there. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant food was very good. But in the end, on the day of leaving, they were doin some pipe repairs that filled my bath tub with dirty water! So it was annoying to have dirty water to bathe...and yes my bubble bath was ruined.....but what was more annoying was that when we called the front desk, they were like" ya its the same in all rooms" and they sent housekeeping to check....They did not apologise for the inconvinience. well, i payed for the time till i check out...but because of this, it kinda spoiled the relaxing time i had ....For a hotel of such reputation, i would expect better service....atleast they should apologise and extend the check out time for that day.

“Good One only with offer package.”

Complimentary Buffet Breakfast quality needs a serious improvement. Also, not children-friendly. In-room food orders were good however.

“Not good experience”

Overall experience was okay. The ambiance is good. But the room is not maintained well. There was a stink in the room. AIr conditioner was causing slight dampness on the floor. Sink in the bathroom was not working. The breakfast is elaborate and good. However, the dinner is very expensive (Rs. 600) and not worth the cost. I would prefer to explore other hotels rather than staying at sunway GRT.
