“great value”
This hotel was well worth the money. I would stay there again if traveling through. The breakfast was way above average.
“nice hotel”
this was my second time staying at this hotel, both time were a good experience
“Why is a title required?”
Basic hotel room. No extras. Clean and comfortable.
“utah valley marathon”
About 8 families of runners from my little town met here for the utah valley marathon. We had a great stay and were well treated. The hotel is getting a bit of age to it and is not in great shape, but the management was nice and felt very welcome.
“Fairfield Inn, Orem, Utah”
The hotel staff was just short of rude. They had a young staff that seemed more aggravated to work than grateful they had a job. The beds were horrible, and didn't promote a good nights sleep. The only redeeming quality was the pool, which you must remember to take your room key to or you get stuck between two entries. On a cold night that is not where you want to be.
“Not impressed”
The rug all through out the hotel was dirty. The elevator floor was sticky. When we got to our room, the bed spreads were dirty and stained. The beds were okay in that they were not hard but not as soft as we like either. Our room was by the stairs so we could hear kids running up and down them. But it got quiet when it was time to sleep. Didn't even attempt to go in the swimming pool. It was in doors, which was nice but could smell the chlorine before we even opened the door to go into the pool area.
“Never Again.”
The room was smelly, the tub drain didn't drain. It wasn't worth the price. I requested the drain to be taken care of and it either wasn't or their was little to be done in that short of time. Don't the maids notice these things when they clean? This should be one of the things that is done on a routine shower/bath tub clean. The room smelled mildewy/musty and was very humid. Maids were sitting around in the rooms, talking on their cell phones. I would think they should be working. That doesn't look very professional to patrons like us. Definitely won't stay there again, and won't recommend friends or family to stay there either.
“Comfort Inn not interested in customer comfort.”
Mold on the shower curtain, no hot water for showers, hot tub broken. I told the clerk at the front desk about the lack of hot water and she told me we were showering too long. No one takes long cold showers. I tried to call the manager five times, but I was put on hold, hung up on, left messages, and still was never able to talk with her. I sent an email to corporate headquarters, but never heard back. That was four weeks ago. I am very disappointed and waited to let them make things right before writing this review. No one from Comfort Inn was interested.
“Filthy Hotel”
The hotel was in the midst of laying new tile. In general the hotel was filthy and the young man at the front desk could of cared less. He was rude. The room was filthy, the carpet was full of stains. The young man said the room was going to be remodeled. It was just awful.
“not impressed”
Hotel room was very dirty, The bathroom tub and floor were covered with hair. The bed skirt had something disgusting on it.
