“Great Hotel”

For the price, the hotel was great. It was clean, and had a nice bathroom with marble tiles. It would have been perfect if it were located in downtown, but it was only a couple of exits to get there from the freeway.

“Good price and Great location”

I found this hotel at a very decent price considering it is located in a major city, it is close enough to travel to all Providence has to offer without actually being in the middle of it. The ocean front and park made our morning romantic and beautiful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to see Providence but not so much to stay there.

“Would stay again.”

My husband and I went to RI to attend the Waterfire Festival in Providence. This hotel, which is now called Wyndham Garden Providence is right at India Point Park. It's a nice place on the water to walk or just sit. The hotel is very close to the downtown area and they have a shuttle that will drop you off. The fee for the shuttle is $5 per person, but you can use it ALL day. You must check out Waterfire next year. It was amazing!

“Trip was short, but very enjoyable.”

Although our trip began with having difficulty accessing the hotel upon arrival, we were pleased with everything else after that point. There would have been a shuttle if it was needed, but maps provided by the hotel allowed us to walk around town with ease. The rooms were comfortable.Especially like the sleep number beds and water and coffee were provided in the room. The lack of a pool was not a problem, but would have liked a continental breakfast. Only problem with the room is that the shower curtain did not remain fully closed. In my particular case, the issue was not privacy, but water getting on the floor.

“Very friendly place”

I like this hotel. They have a small gym, friendly staff, a good restaurant and clean, comfortable rooms. For a short stay, it is very convenient and the views over the park and water are lovely.

“Liked the Wyndham Garden Providence”

The room was very comfortable, clean and nice looking. The staff was friendly and exceedingly helpful. I left a small item behind and when I called two days after leaving, they found it and shipped it to me. The room overlooked the freeway and we could hear traffic but it was a constant background noise and did not disturb us. I like the free wifi. The room rate we got through Expedia was a very good deal.

“Everything was perfect!”

Our daughter lives a mile and a half away, so it was very convienent for us. The staff made us feel at home from the time we entered the door. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the size of the television! The Sleep Number Bed was amazing! We are planning to stay here again in December!
