“Great Spot for a night out in Providence”
Hotel Providence was a great place for us to stay for the evening. We had tickets to see a show at the PPAC. We had a huge selection of restaurants nearby before the show and plenty of selection for after dinner drinks. Hotel was very comfortable and convenient
“For comfort and luxury in Providence...”
we highly recommend the Hotel Providence. Impeccable decor, ultra comfortable bed, and located within walking distance of Brown and RISDI. Our only request would be to open the cafe downstairs earlier on Sunday.
“Hotel with character--not just a chain”
This hotel had all the amenities one would expect from a good hotel, but it has character and some charm. It's not cookie-cutter. The area it is located in has galleries and nice architecture. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Providence.
“Amazing Service”
The staff members at the hotel are unbelievable. Not only do they give perfect, comprehensible directions to anywhere you could ever walk or drive around Providence, but if you have an issue, they fix it right away. Our bathroom had a showerhead that only drizzled, so we let the front desk know. When we came back to the room, the showerhead had been replaced. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Providence. It's right in the center of it all, perfect location!
“VERY NICE !”
Everything you want in a High End Hotel
“Great small hotel”
Nice size room with lovely view of historic church. Good service from front desk and housekeeping during my 5 day stay. Very close to Rhode Island Convention Center and nice eateries Local 121 and Cuban Revolution.
“Already booked another stay”

“Fantastic Hotel”
I loved this hotel the moment I stepped through the door. It has a lot of old world class and charm. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you Expedia for making my stay there possible.
“Best value hotel in the down town area.”
Good location,clean room,courtesy employees.
“Comfy, but a little loud”
The deluxe king room had more than enough room for the two of us. The lack of a fridge was disappointing, but we made do with the ice bucket. Bed was extremely soft. Only issue was a loud birthday party on the patio until 1:00 AM.
