“Best hotel in RI.”
Best and traditional hotel in RI.
“Great Hotel”
Th hotel of itself is very nice. It is clean and the staff is so helpful and nice. Our room was not all that big but it served its purpose. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing that needed updating was the bathroom. It's best to get the Valet parking. It saves money and time looking for parking. They are quick to get your car when you need it.
“Very Happy Traveller”
I was in Providence for a business trip and arrived very late in the evening. My checkin was quick and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room beautiful. It was very close to everything that l needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
“I will return.”
When I return to Providence I will make sure I stay at the Biltmore. For an old hotel it was fabulous. Great service and very comfortable clean rooms. Within walking distance to everything.
“Excellent Customer Service”
We arrived several hours prior to check-in time, but the hotel staff graciously accommodated us with an early check-in. The hotel staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and clearly service oriented. We highly recommend this hotel.
“Bilt To Last”
This is a lovely, classic hotel that offered clean, luxurious rooms, convenient restaurants and a very helpful and friendly staff. It is an A plus for one of my favorite cities in the USA: Providence. It compliments Brown University's majesty.
“nice historic hotel”
friendliest hotel staff, great location
“First-class hotel”
My 18-year-old son and I were visiting colleges in Providence, and we had the perfect room: a small suite with two King-sized beds. The beds were soft, luxurious and comfy. We had a great stay!
“Fantastic Stay”
Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite for my stay. It was a beatiful room that was very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. It was exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
“Loved it!”
This grand old hotel has been updated very lavishly. While there is the occasional peeling wallpaper and older fixture, everything is lovely and worth a visit. We got a great off season rate. We did not eat at the restaurant right there, but walked a block and ate at Murphy's for a great breakfast. Everyone at the Hotel was very helpful and friendly. Also a 5 min. walk to the Dunkin Donuts Center.
