It smelt in the hallways and in our room like old mildew 😭 also the asked for a pre-authorization of 200$ on top of paying through Expedia which is the second time I’ve had to do that after already paying for the room. They don’t accept debit or cash for the pre-authorization also. The front desk lady said it is on the Expedia website but it is not.

Valerie had great knowledge of the property and restaurants in the area that were open late I. The evening. After a long day of driving, she made sure we were comfortable. We appreciate the hospitality and thank her the great customer service she provided! I highly recommend this location.

I couldn't check in, their card machines wouldn't accept neither one of my mastercards. So we went to another Hotel and checked in with NO issues, my cards work fine. Sandman needs to check their card machines. We've never experienced any issues with this hotel until today

We had a good stay.. When we booked the ad said the pool was open . Unfortunately the pool was closed, we were offered to swim at the other sandman in town by the staff to make up for the situation. The checkin was easy and friendly. Great parking, central location.

The parking was very small and hard to get around. Hallway smells like smoke/pot. Hotel room was very dirty. Dirt on all the light fixtures. And bathroom door and walls. Food or something stuck on the roof and walks.

All of the staff were always helpful with any questions. We stayed in the suites and they are very up-to-date and very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

People above us were smoking pot and the smell came into our room when we would open door to leave. If it’s a smoke free area it should be smoke free from all smoke. Not a big fan of pot smell.

I really like the staff, they were very kind, courteous and helpful. I really like going to the pool and using the gym as well. It was unfortunate that I couldn't use the sauna as it was undergoing repairs. The coffee in the room wasn't too great. Next time I'll bring my own cream and sugar. Being of First Nations decent, I find this place very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my Friends and Family. Thank you and have a great day.

Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great. BUT we had long black hairs all over the shower wall, a huge smooshed spider and urine surrounding the side and back of the toilet, and old food left in the fridge from previous stayers. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

Staff vacuuming in the hallways both nights (9:30 & 10:15). Room near the laundry so could hear the conversations of the staff all day. Room very dark (black walls) Furniture pretty banged up.
