We loved our stay at the Holman in April - two nights - anniversary celebration - rooms are fabulous and staff in the front desk very friendly and helpful especially Josh. Went to the restaurant in the hotel Redwater Rustic Grill - everything about it is wonderful - fabulous service from Clayton, food and atmosphere both excellent. It was a fabulous stay - would highly recommend both the restaurant and the hotel.

The service was exceptional, everyone is courteous and helpful. The property is clean, they welcome pets. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the only complaint was housekeeping knocked too early and there were no doorknob tags to say “do not disturb”. Otherwise it was a delightful place to stay with a fantastic restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights and asked for our room to be cleaned each day as there were 4 of us. Each day we found trash under the foot cover the bed linens were just thrown up over the beds not tucked in and pillows not touched. The shampoo, conditioner bottles were not taken out of the shower. The towels were not removed and only some were replaced. The soap dispenser and taps were not wiped. … there were no towels in the pool and gym areas both days. The furniture in the rooms are very banged up and the beds kept slipping off the base. There was no info in the rooms for places to eat/things to see and do or information on the room like heating or lighting instructions. The evening staff were always hidden in a back room and there was no bell to ring so you had to wait for them to come check if you were there. There is no parking and unless you want to pay for valet parking you are told how to park in a local parkade for free if you go and leave at certain times of the night. Not ideal if you are handicapped as the parkade was a few blocks away. The mall does connect the two but it closes at 5 each day. When we told front desk about the things we were unhappy with they said that’s unacceptable but their only solution was that we should have called the front desk each time to complain. They advised and charged five star but it definitely wasn’t.

We were floored by the amazing service offered at the Holman Grand Hotel! They were so accommodating, offered great advice and solutions to any issues we faced. Our family had a great vacation! We'd recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back!

Nice hotel. Only issue is no parking. Had to hunt for metered on street parking or pay at parking garage 1.5 blocks away. Parking garage did have a pedway to go through a mall to hotel. Creepy in mall when it is closed.

We were greeted with 2 very friendly guys to check us in. Giving lots of great information. The front desk was great for helping with any questions or just to have a chat with my husband. The room was outstanding and the pool facilities was very nice. We will be back again

No cold water in the morning to have a shower (Hot water only) They did fix it but not before I had to head out for a breakfast meeting. TV was glitchy with some channels with bad connection. Overall nice hotel and staff.
