“Relaxing Break”

WE had express service when we arrived. The staff is very friendly and effecient. The room was a little crowded. The beds were very comfortable. The Shower was good. the contiental breakfast was delicious.Lots of variety. The hotel had a laundry room which was helpful for our travels.

“GOOD STAY”

WE STAYED ONLY 1 NIGHT, BUT IT WAS NEWLY RENOVATED THE BEDDIGD WAS BRAND NEW AND FELT VERY COMFY. USED THE P[OOL AND HOT TUB, IT WAS VERY RELAXING. DID HAVE 1 PROBLEM WITH THE BILLING, AS I WAS BILLED TWICE FOR THE ROOM. TO THE HOTEL'S CREDIT THE PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY. GOOD STAY.

“Great place to rest upon PEI arrival”

We arrived late on PEI and when we arrived we were greated by courtious staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The self serve breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the breakfast room was bright and chearful.

“Great Value”

Vary spacious, comfortable and well laid out room. Excellent breakfast included in price. Only drawback is location is well away from downtown Charlottetown but it is on main highway providing easy routes to anywhere on the island.

“Would return for another stay!”

Very friendly and helpful lobby staff. Good location. Only beef during our 3 days stay was our room wasn't cleaned third day and our bed wasn't made or linen supplied. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast bunch and kitchen staff very nice, clean pool, quiet hotel. Would recommend.

“GREAT MOTEL”

Almost everything about this motel was superior except for the lack of HD programming on its LCD TV's. A desk clerk said that they were trying trying to find a system where they could use HD TV and still have the rental movies. We NEVER look at the rental movies. I think it is absolutely pointless to spend all that money on LCD TV's and then not have the HD programming.

“Home away from home”

Room was clean, breakfast was hot every morning, internet was available for guest use, pool area was clean and open late every day, maid services were available everyday, laundry facilities were available and the area kept clean.

“Excellent Service, Bright Room, Great Breakfast”

We found tghis hotel conveiently located on the outskirts of Charlottetown. Staff were friendly, breakfast was hot, well stocked right up to the end of the alotted time, everything was well maintained. We did notice that there was quite a range in prices being charged the various customers, we had booked on Expedia using the prepaid rate program and the saving was significant. Thank you Expedia.

“Good Stay”

We spent just two days in Charlottetown and The Holiday Inn Express was perfect. It was a short drive to all the sights. The hot breakfast in the mornings hit just the right spot. Would definitely stay there again.

“Felt like staying with family.”

Everything was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The toys in the pool and the pool hours were great. Breakfast was wonderful.
