“Nicely done renos, decent pool, AMAZING LOCATION!”
Needed something close to downtown with parking and a pool! Read some awful reviews and was so very happily surprised at the cleanliness, new beds, amazing staff. Book it, don't hesitate.
“Going back next year.”
I really did enjoy my stay at the Best Western. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was a very good size. The beds were comfortable and the pillows even more so. I never did hear anything outside of the room, we slept well. I plan to visit there again, a week was not enough. Again, the staff really helped me feel comfortable.
“Great place!”
We had great time in this hotel. The pool is nice and the locker rooms were great. If you are staying, it's bit far to use the hotel services but I would definitely stay there again.
“Silver Spring”
Two problems. First night the room was especially warm. Then recommended restaurant proved mediocre. Neither problem especially important, but eat at Gahan's pub.
“The staff was fantastic!”
I can warmly recommend this hotel. The only reason I gave a bad comfort grade was that they put us in a "former" smoker room ... and told us that we would not smell a thing. Well, it still smelled of smoke. We stayed for one night and when we cam back for the second stay, we were put in a wonderful room.

Good location. Couple of street of small little pubs to have great food and local beers.
“An Njoyable Stay”
Hotel staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, thats what we liked the best. We had two rooms, in one of the rooms the washroom had no foot-mat beside the bath-tub and we had to call up for the shampoo and soaps. Otherwise all was perfect, very clean, well-maintained and GREAT LOCATION.
“Not impressed”
The hotel is getting old, not quite seedy. We could not control the heat/air-conditioning to our satisfaction. Although, the free breakfast was a very good one, they were slow to refill items and the line-up was too long.
“Clean hotel with a good location”
I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Prince Edward Island in the future. Its off-peak rates are reasonable and I love its proximity to Charlottetown's waterfront where delicious lobster suppers can be found.
“Great location”
As mentioned anyone going to Charlottetown and wants a convenient location where you can park your car and walk to everything this is it. Outdoor dining, shops, Confederation Centre and boardwalk along the water all very close. The room was ok but nothing really special. A cold breakfast was included but with limited choices.
