Basic hotel that is affordable.

Posted 29-Sep-2014
Pros: Price.
Cons: Maintenance and smell
Location: Primm is a small place. There is not much to do. The pool is good. Otherwise there is only casino type entertainment.
I was traveling with family so we had two rooms. One room was in the older section of the hotel. The other room was a recently upgraded room. The older room smelled musty and the air conditioner stopped working. The newer room smelled better and was decent. I would recommend paying for the "upgraded" room. Basic casino/hotel. Nothing fancy or wonderful. Price is reasonable.

PRIMM STOPOVER

Posted 21-Sep-2014
Pros: Easy to get to and reasonably priced. NO resort fee either!
Cons: It's really time to replace the carpet!
Location: Close to other casinos, restaurants/dining, outlet shopping and only a few miles from a golf course.
Check in was quick. Room was nice size and clean. Carpet needs to be upgraded but everything else in the room was OK. Nice quiet night sleep.

What happened to this hotel??!!

Posted 2-Sep-2014
No staff, no staff, no amenities! It's as if they want to push people away. No staff, all the restaurants (yes, even the McDonalds) were under staffed, and the food quality was ech! Dirty hotel! This used to be a stopping off place, but no more! Too bad. Management is to blame according to all the staff I spoke with. Instead of creating business they are too Concerned with profit margins.

Pros: The comfy beds!
Cons: Make it non-smoking
Location: A few good restaurants and an outlet mall.
We stayed at Buffalo Bills for just one night. The staff was welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a good casino, and lots of restaurants. Overall a great place to stay!

One night stay

Posted 2-Sep-2014
Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: The rooms definitely need some updating. There were several trim pieces around the tub that were coming off and extremely scuffed floors and walls.
Location: 3 hotels nearby and Vegas is only 30 minutes away
The rooms are a little outdated, but it is a older hotel and we expected that. However, the staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly. We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed our time.

Old, worn out hotel.

We stayed to ride the roller coster, but it wasn't open until the afternoon. Why have a roller coaster to bring in guests if it is never open?

Price is Right Hotel with ammenities

Posted 30-Aug-2014
Pros: quiet room with pool view. Casino in same building. Clean, safe comfortable feeling in casino
Cons: Faster check-check out with happier personnel
Location: We visited and ate at Prim, Whiskey Petes and Buffalo Bills.
Slow check-in and check-out. Not enough clerks to accommodate customers in a timely matter. we updated our player's cards. Had fun!

Expedia offered the best price at Buffalo Bills.

I will never stay at Buffalo Bills again. When I checked in and went to my room, I walked in on someone who was already occupying it. I don't know who was more uncomfortable, me or the people who were in it. Stood back in the check-in line after announcing the problem. The staff should have taken care of me right then, but didn't. When I got to my room, finally, there were no trash cans anywhere and the bathroom was filthy. There was so much junk on the faucet handles that I used a wash cloth to turn them on. The bath room seemed to be untouched by maid. The bedding was clean, thank God and because I was so tired I didn't call down to have them clean it. Went to bed and was gone the next morning by 7:00 am. I won't be back.
