It was good, casino was kind of a downer. Dealers weren't the happiest people, made me thank god I don't like gambling because they bored me.

Registration desk could use a better staff. Not friendly at all. Happy with room and casino. Denny's very disorganized. Overall ok.

Pay the price for a better hotel.

Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Cleanliness and staff helpfulness.
Internet was impossible to get on. Called the front desk for assistance and spoke to a very rude not-so-helpful staff member. I was never able to connect to the internet. I understand you have to pay to use the internet, but when you open the browser it doens't automatically take you to a page where you can pay and use the internet. The staff member said I needed to log onto some website and create an account...uhhh yeah how am I supposed to log onto a website and create an account without a connection to log into said website. The room was not clean. Hair in the shower and sink. Wall had some brown stuff (about the size of a silver dollar so not a little bit) on it that I really really hope was chocolate pudding. When we left there were used needle in the parking lot. Never never again.

Basic hotel that is affordable.

Posted 29-Sep-2014
Pros: Price.
Cons: Maintenance and smell
Location: Primm is a small place. There is not much to do. The pool is good. Otherwise there is only casino type entertainment.
I was traveling with family so we had two rooms. One room was in the older section of the hotel. The other room was a recently upgraded room. The older room smelled musty and the air conditioner stopped working. The newer room smelled better and was decent. I would recommend paying for the "upgraded" room. Basic casino/hotel. Nothing fancy or wonderful. Price is reasonable.

PRIMM STOPOVER

Posted 21-Sep-2014
Pros: Easy to get to and reasonably priced. NO resort fee either!
Cons: It's really time to replace the carpet!
Location: Close to other casinos, restaurants/dining, outlet shopping and only a few miles from a golf course.
Check in was quick. Room was nice size and clean. Carpet needs to be upgraded but everything else in the room was OK. Nice quiet night sleep.

What happened to this hotel??!!

Posted 2-Sep-2014
No staff, no staff, no amenities! It's as if they want to push people away. No staff, all the restaurants (yes, even the McDonalds) were under staffed, and the food quality was ech! Dirty hotel! This used to be a stopping off place, but no more! Too bad. Management is to blame according to all the staff I spoke with. Instead of creating business they are too Concerned with profit margins.

Pros: The comfy beds!
Cons: Make it non-smoking
Location: A few good restaurants and an outlet mall.
We stayed at Buffalo Bills for just one night. The staff was welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a good casino, and lots of restaurants. Overall a great place to stay!
