Expedia offered the best price at Buffalo Bills.Posted 18-Aug-2014
I will never stay at Buffalo Bills again. When I checked in and went to my room, I walked in on someone who was already occupying it. I don't know who was more uncomfortable, me or the people who were in it. Stood back in the check-in line after announcing the problem. The staff should have taken care of me right then, but didn't. When I got to my room, finally, there were no trash cans anywhere and the bathroom was filthy. There was so much junk on the faucet handles that I used a wash cloth to turn them on. The bath room seemed to be untouched by maid. The bedding was clean, thank God and because I was so tired I didn't call down to have them clean it. Went to bed and was gone the next morning by 7:00 am. I won't be back.

One night stay to divide our drive into two days.Posted 16-Aug-2014
The hotel staff didn't smile once at the desk. The rooms are dated and carpet was filthy. We will opt to pay more and stay somewhere else next time. We have stayed in Vegas for the same price and nicer/cleaner rooms. Food is extremely expensive in the area...for example, Subway was $10 per person and Ihop was $47 for 3 people for breakfast. We won't ever stay in Primm again.

Disappointing visitPosted 13-Aug-2014
I know weekdays are not the most popular but everything was closed. Staff sent us the wrong casino to find an open restaurant, cafeteria etc. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was nice though. Parking our RV was a long walk to get inside. Next time we will drive further, to Las Vegas or try out Virgin River.

nice hotel but very disappointingPosted 13-Aug-2014
Pros: the mexican restaurant was the bomb!! we loved it! loved the salsa music they were playing, loved the food, our waiter at the bar wasn't just ok.
Cons: the whole hotel, too dark, rooms need a newer cleaner look, the whole place needs to be wiped down with lysol, the hotel feels dirty
Location: love the location, great shopping at next hotel, fun roller coaster, buffalo bills needs more and better restaurants
we were excited to stay at buffalos but as we arrived we were disappointed to see how dirty and dingy the casino was. the check-in counter as well was very slow and there were at least 15 to 20 customers in line waiting and this was at 3 am. service was very slow. finally after check-in we went to our room, noticed there was no room number on our side but written in with a permanent marker instead. our room was nice and big, pretty runt down though but the bed was comfortable and clean except for the the bed skirt, it was long on one side and shuffled a little with noticeable white blob stains on one corner, hmmmm carpet was dirty, the restroom was ok except the shower. the hot water had good pressure but the cold water was trickling and unless you prefer a very very hot shower which we did not want in July, it was not good. because the price is reasonable and the overall hotel is dark and unkept it seems to attract a lower class of people with a lot of kids. we did however like the mexican restaurant though!

Dirty roomPosted 11-Aug-2014
The room needed cleaning, after the first night the beds were not made up they just put new towels. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The price was good. I would come back snd stay.

Ehhh, keep driving!Posted 10-Aug-2014
Hotel rooms are really old and run down. I recommend driving that extra hour or so to the strip.

Weekend GetawayPosted 6-Aug-2014
Pros: Quiet and comfortable large room
Cons: Needs a major re-model.
Location: Las Vegas Outlet Mall - shop til you drop. Not as crowded as Vegas outlet malls.
Usually stay at Primm Valley Resort but Buffalo Bills looked interesting and I was up for a change. At first I thought I really blew it. All the surfaces in the room were still dirty. Bathroom counter dirty with a dirty cleaning rag laying on it. Checked out the rest and the bed, toilet, and floor were clean so I did some wiping down (with a clean towel) and settled in. Room was very dated with worn out chairs, unusable table, and rusty shower head. But to my surprise the bed was comfortable. TV was old 25/26" with hardly any channels and poor reception. It was very quiet except for when the roller coaster was running but they stopped it before 10pm. It was a good stay. Buffalo Bills casino has more slots than the other two hotels. Ate at the Mexican restaurant and it was very good.
