“A great value, very helpful staff.”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was huge, especially for the price. We had two bedrooms and a living room. Everything was clean and well appointed with a small fridge and plates/bottle openers/etc so you can get groceries and make your own breakfast during your stay. We got good restaurant recomendations from the front desk. The staff was extremely helpful. We got directions, and recommendations on tours. On several occasions they called restaurants and tour guides on our behalf to check wait times or make reservations or get more information to answer our questions.
“Location & Comfort”
The location is great, right near the Old Town Square and many other great areas to walk. The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, and there is a loud club (at night) nearby, but the room (for 4) was spacious, comfortable and we were very glad we stayed there. Definitely recommend it.
“Beautiful experience”
The hotel was fantastic. We expected a room with double beds, but were given an apartment with living room and two bedrooms. The staff greeted us by name as we walked into the hotel for the first time (I am assuming we were the last to check in) which was a nice touch. The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Square, within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions.
“Hotel Ungelt was a Gem”
The hotel was fantastic - we stayed in a suite that had two large bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. It was beautiful, clean and the front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. The hotel was located about 40 meters from the Old Town Square. On a crazy weekend when the Czech Republic won the World Hockey Championships, the square was busy and loud, but noise wasn't a problem with windows fully closed. It was affordable for such a great location. Can easily sleep 4.

“A good place to stay”
We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location was great and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and surrounding areas and metro. The rooms were clean and had fans as there is no ac. There is a bar across the street that was a bit loud at one point, but was quickly quieted by the police. This is the only reason I rated the neighbor hood a 4 and not really a huge deal as the location was so convenient. The room we had was a suite, and worked out very well for four adults. We would stay again at this hotel.
