“a Hidden Gem at a great price!”
We are always weary about hotels in Europe as what they consider 4 or 5 star isn't necessarily the same as what it would be in the US...especially since the cost of staying here was by far one of the most economical. But we took a chance, because it had gotten great reviews on Trip Advisor. Needless to say, it was a great experiance! The hotel staff is young, speaks very good english and are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite that was larger than most European hotel rooms, and was very clean and had an AWESOME bed. The floors were also hardwood, so it didn't have that grimy hotel feel. It felt cozy and was located off a side street close to the heart of the city. I wound up staying at the Ramada for an evening while there, and it was even more obvious how awesome Icon was...I would highly recommend Icon for for the value and the staff who worked there.
“Best hotel in Prague! The staff, the location, the room, the food. Everything is just perfect!”
The moment we entered to the hotel, we understood that it would be one of the best stays in Europe for us. The welcoming, friendly lady at the reception who also described us the room and hotel facilities made us feel like we are at good hands. The design of the hotel impresses you from the first moment, the cool look and feel with the Michelin sticker at the entrance reminds you that you made a good choice! The location of the hotel is very close to the old city of Prague, it just takes you couple of minutes to be at the old town square. With extremely comfortable beds, spacious design rooms, satisfying breakfast (which is served until evening) The Icon Hotel makes everything to make your journey as pleasurable and as comfortable as they can. I would like to underline the great staff of the hotel that helps you for evething you need. They actually take the time to answer your questions, offer you different alternatives, give you advices rather than trying to get rid of you as quickly as possible. We just loved the hotel and will recommend it to all our friends.
“Amazing hotel in the heart of the city!”
The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Prague within walking distance of most of the key attractions. The rooms are modern contemporary and very comfortable. We had the 1 bedroom suite and it was great having a separate living room/bedroom, each with their own DVD and flatscreen TV. Free wireless and wired hi-speed internet was a huge plus as well! The bar/restaurant downstairs was also pretty good and we had the complimentary all-day breakfast option.
“SUPERB HOTEL!!”
I can't recommend this hotel enough! The hotel was beautifully designed - with original artworks, nice furniture and great attention to detailing - but it couldn't have been more unpretentious - the staff were instantly welcomming, always happy to help and really laid back. Breakfast could be delivered to your room for no extra charge when you liked and the bar was open late and reasonably priced, and it was only 5/10 mins walk from the main squares and shopping areas. I've been raving about it to my friends - and would love to stay again!
“Perfect Stay”
I had a great experience at the ICON. Location is great for sightseeing but quiet and allows for a great night's sleep. Staff is professional and helpful. I would def recommend this hotel without question.
“An excellent choice in Prague”
The Icon is a great place to stay in Prague. It is well located near all the key sights. It is stylish with comfortable rooms. The bed linens are lush. The front desk staff members speak great English and are very helpful. The breakfast is abundant.
“Great Prague Hotel”
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. I would have to say the best part was the front desk. They were so helpful all of the time. They recommended great restaurants and booked our reservations for them. The hotel was really neat. The hallways were darker with neon lighting. The rooms were very nice too. The location was perfect. We were closest to Wencesles Square, but only a 10 minute walk to the old town Square. We had a wonderful visit in Prague and I'm positive this hotel was a big reason for that.
“Great hotel, great staff!!”
My husband and I both work in hotels, good hotels!!! We seem to always be a bit more critical than most!! We really enjoyed the hotel, it's location and mostly the staff! They are casual but you can tell they are happy and it shows with their sincere and great service!! All were great but I must mention the front desk staff. We saw a lot doing multi-tasking but they worked well as colleagues and teammates! The hotel is located close to many historical areas and within walking distance to the center. The rooms were modern and had all the latest technology needed! The weather was great so the rooms were a bit warm, we were lucky though and had a room on the last floor which gave us opportunity to enjoy the evening breeze! Overall a great experience!!

Thanks for the great stay. The hospitality and service were outstanding. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good also! The room was clean, chic and comfortable.
“Funky boutique hotel”
The Icon Hotel is excellently located with all the main attractions within walking distance, assuming you don't mind a short walk! Room was clean, large, bed was very big and comfortable, bathroom was funky... Staff all very helpful and breakfast was pretty good, fruits, cereal, juices, pastries, yoghurts, etc and a menu you can order cooked items from. All in all a great hotel experience.
