Good memories of Residence Bologna
We stayed for 5 nights and loved our quiet, 5th floor room with glass wall overlooking Old Town rooftops. Room was clean, the bed sheets were bright white and crispy clean. The hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from all the major Old Town attractions. Breakfast was excellent every day, with good selection of warm and cold items, baked goods as well as a variety of sweet cakes.. Perhaps our only complaint was the staff not always changing their latex gloves between the handling of used plates and silverware on one side, and the touching of containers with displayed meals. On our next visit to Prague, we will definitely choose Residence Bologna again.

Hard to find Google gps get u to parking and there is no attended at parking just note to go to lobby which is very hard to drive

Breakfest area is small and narrow. Cups and plates smal ones. You need pick up food and drinks too many times. Restaurang expensive and portions are smal ones. Otherwise the hotel is ok, walking distance to center.

Good location, as we were just overnight here. Close to Old town. Breakfast OK, better to come in morning time(08:00). Inside the room you can hear noise - from another rooms, even from street. Overall OK, style is "old time". Personell ok, friendly, helpfull.

Disappointing
I was in Prague is October and the rooms were 25 degrees all the time. The temperature outside was not much better and was told we cant use the AC because they do not allow the use in October, even when this was never stated anywhere. The breakfast bar needs a refresh and reorganisation as everything it crammed into the smallest space. The service in general was not great and even though reception tried to help, there was mostly no resolution to any issues. The open window for the heat overlooked a glads recycling where people dropped glass till 03:00 in the morning.

I received a warm welcome from 24hr reception (Dragon as he is affectionately known) made light of my late arrival due to delayed plane & this helped me start to relax, especially as I was travelling alone. My room had a double bed, with beautiful cotton linen and two large windows that faced a courtyard (although prettier to be facing the street) it was nice and quiet. The hotel couldn't be better located to walk to everything and not need the tram or metro. Breakfast is very good, a super selection or hot and cold choices. The hotel is stuffed full of antiques from grand paintings & ornate mirrors & light fittings. It has a lovely old-fashioned charm & service, it all felt like a big hug & I would love to stay again. Lovely hotel in a convenient location
Nicely renovated property that has maintained its charm. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were nice. There is central air and the biggest plus of all was that you could set it to "fan" and it acts as a nice white noise filter. One complaints were the lack of electrical sockets and the area leading uo to the property has a lot of grafitti. It isnt far fom the main areas which is nice, but it is kind of set on a road that wasnt easy for me to initally find. It was fine once I got my bearings and only about a 5 mknute walk to both Charles Bridge and the Old Town area.

The is one of the best hotels we ever stayed! It’s in a prime location, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even arranged a doctors to give us COViD test in our room and it’s must cheaper than any other facilities! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who come to Prague!

Location is fantastic! If you are on budget this is a great spot, but I would probably spend a bit more and go somewhere else. Really good mattress and room size is good for Europe, location as I mentions superb! Now not so nice features, it says 4 stars seems more like 1-3 maximum, shower is tiny and water temperature fluctuates, basically if they renovate bathrooms and showers will be a great hotel. Breakfast was included, for free food was OK, but I would rather pay and have better coffee, but again If you are on budget this is a super hotel!

The property was very clean and the staff were helpful. It was a bit stressful trying to find a table for breakfast. The Hotel did helpfully indicate which were the quiet and busy times, but as it was a holiday we really did not want to get up too early just to find a table. The bedrooms were lovely, but there was no milk available for tea and coffees, so we had to buy our own and put in the fridge provided.
