Very good location, close to public transports (tram & trains especially), walking distance to city centre & trendy Karlin. Great price and includes buffet-style breakfast. Not much other facilities but it's a given for the price and I'm personally fine with that.

The staff is amazing and very helpful; the Hotel is beautiful; the rooms are nice and large; and nice and clean; the location is great. I only wish there was a microwave or tea kettle in the room.

Pros: breakfast was good. The room has spacious. Cons: staff came across as rude. Hot tube was shown as an amenity but was 15 euros with limited space. Bed was weathered and rough. A bit far away from thongs but public transport is good.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, pink building. The staff is fire friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are awesome—meat, eggs, cheese, fruit, baked goods. Exercise room equipment was somewhat outdated but it was good to have a workout mid-trip.

O hotel fica perto do centro da cidade velha - cerca de 1,2 km da torre do relógio. Hotel com construção de mais de 200 anos, mobiliário de época. Climatizador no quarto. Banho quente, cama confortável, quarto espaçoso e café da manhã excelente.

Great location, great room
Friendly and professional staff. Per friendly and with a very good parking solution nearby (on the street but supervised). Room (suite) spacious, comfy and clean. And in good location to reach the center walking or by public transport. Jacuzzi and sauna available for extra costs

Great location, close to metro, and walking distance to Old town square, friendly staff, they helped in booking tours, room was comfortable, breakfast was good, my phone in the room didn't work and during my 6 day stay there they were not able to fix it but other than that i had a great time
