Hotel is lovely, staff were friendly, food was good. Had an issue that our room kept tripping (4 times) out due to an old socket or two apparently, given the heat this meant our room was overly hot, whilst the staff were quick to reset the fuseboard, we were not offered a different room to avoid this entirely. I would suggest after the first time this should have been suggested.

Flimsy at best; very outdated property in every aspect. Staff rarely went out of their way for simple requests or questions. For a budget stay, acceptable. Noting more, nothing Jess.

Decent older hotel
A hotel located in the calmer city center side. It is an older hotel and although there has been a reconstruction the furtniture and the rooms still shows sign of quite some usage. Bar area like in a modern hotel and breakfast is solid. If you need to be close to the center but dont want trams outside your window it is a good stay as long as you do not expect a brand new facility.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned twice back late afternoon and room was not done despite please clean room on the door.They did not replenish tea and coffee as well.Very poor service for aNH hotel.Room good hot water with bath and comfortable beds and pillows,so I would stay again.

Better than anticipated
Description on how to get there (by foot) was a bit confusing. Location is great. 5 minute walk to Tram and Metro. Bed was very comfortable and room & bathroom was very clean. The AC wasn't as strong as expected but worked fine. Check-in and Check-out was friendly and efficient.

Average . Parking was underground dark and expensive. Room was warm , but tired and in need of re model or make over and cleaning wasn’t thorough.. Breakfast very busy and crowded . Friendly , helpful staff.

Great stay in Andel Prague
We were fortunate and had an upgrade tp NH collection which was at the top of a small hill on a natural wooded park. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great breakfast with lovely views. Also the funicular from NH City to the hotel was a lovely experience. Reception, breakfast and room service staff were all good.

Great quiet getaway in the midst of the city
This was a very last minute stay because my airbnb had no hot water. I was very please at the quality of accommodation, the service and the rate.

This is our 4th time to stay with them. Unfortunately this time we booked with breakfast and upon arrival we’ve been told that breakfast was not included. Anyway the hotel is very clean location is very good.

Hotel was very nice. Good, clean, service very pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Not close to Old Town if you’re looking for a touristy stay.

Nice hotel in prague
