“hotel très très sympa”
Tout était parfait et une mentin spécial pour la propreté et la qualité du petit dejeuner. Un conseil : ce serait bien de mettre des store sur les fenêtres pour une meilleure occultation du jour au petit matin
“Miss Sophies - PRAGUE”
This small boutique hotel could not have been a better find. We chose it based on location, price and TripAdvisor reviews. Upon our very early arrival, our luggage was securely stored in individual locked compartments until our room was ready. We were upgraded from a standard double room to a one-room and spacious apartment on the top floor of the building across the street. There is free wireless, in addition to two computer terminals available in the lobby. Reception is staffed 24/7 with English-speaking staff, and is helpful with maps, restaurant reservations and recommendations, arranging airport shuttle, sells tram and metro tickets at cost. Location is safe, near metro and tram stops, and a pleasant 20-30 minute walk to the old town. We usually walked, taking different routes to better explore the city. We deliberately chose a place a little out of the main tourist area and were happy to be in a quieter neighborhood. We also had considerable savings by staying in New Town instead of Old Town. I would definitely stay here again! This hotel also offers hostel-type accommodations at a lower rate. They are renovating a common area which may become a breakfast room, though I am not sure about that. At the time we were there, breakfast was not included.
“Brilliant boutique hotel - luxury and budget in one!”
We just loved Miss Sophie's. The staff were brilliant and speak perfect English. Thanks Alishka and Edgar for making our stay so wonderful. Our double apartment was enormous, beautifully decorated and had massive double glazed picture windows, which you could actually sit in! The bathroom was pretty cool and modern (although ventilation could be improved). Miss Sophie's is very close to a metro stop, which was only two stations from the heart of the city. They provided a map of Prague which had heaps of useful information on it, including lots of local restaurants within walking distance. We tried out three and they were all fantastic.
“Hotel tres design”
Hotel propre, tres moderne et tres confortablement equipe (serviette, brosse a dents etc) situe non loin du centre de Prague. (A 15min a pied ). Je recommande vivement!
“great stay”
everything perfect
“A GEM!!!”
Hands down the best choice in our 15 day trip. The hotel is spotless, the staff is both helpful and cheerful. The breakfast they offer is amazing. The location is great for walking from or you can catch a trolley right outside. You can buy your trolley tickets right from the desk at the hotel, too. The room was spacious and warm. The shower was HUGE and great waterpressure. I am 6'4 so it was a pleasure to be able to stand under a shower for a change. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a small, clean and friendly hotel.
“Great base for exploring Prague”
We chose this hotel as it apears as a boutique hotel, actually it is a bit of a mix it has dorm rooms on the ground floor, hotel rooms on the first & second floors then apartments as well. The hotel is so cool, the showers are amazing but as it is such an old building the sound proofing is almost non existant so take ear plugs. Reception are amazing we asked for extra pillows which they gave us asap, we forgot our phone charger & they lent us one. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is great you can get the metro, tube or walk to the main attractions from this hotel. There are some good places to eat & drink close by too.
