We could only stay 2 nights as the apartments were booked out but we would have stayed longer and will definitely stay again if we can get a booking. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything needed including a thoughtful greeting pack (crisps, olives etc). We arrived late at night (11:00pm) and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who processed everything speedily so we had time to get some food in. With such a good tram and underground service close by getting into and around Prague was easy, We visit Prague often and have stayed at MH Apartments on several occasions, usually at MH River Apartments in Smichov with this being our 1st stay at MH Apartments Central Prague but will now prefer Apartments Central. However the problem is that they are often booked up for the weekends.

Apartment was amazing. The only minor issue was that I had booked 2 apartments (sand type) and they were both very different! One was of a much higher caliber than the other.

The property is close to the inner city and trams. They provide a map which incorporates basic translations for Czech common words, suggestions for planning sight seeing days and organizes transport to the airport or train station at fair rates.

The two young woman managers at the property site were amazing! They answered all our questions and had in depth knowledge of the city limits. Prague is a beautiful city and the two young ladies made our experiences unforgettable! We thank you both for your knowledge and kindness.

Loved the glass floor and aesthetic, however the air conditioning didn’t work and the beds always felt damp, which I think is due to poor ventilation, but they were huge issues at all

Handy to have a fridge and coffee machine but kitchen was poorly equipped. No oven gloves if you did want to use the oven. Stated 4 single beds on the booking but only 3 on arrival. No one explained that one of us had to sleep on the sofa. No one when we checked in told us there was a lift so we carried our heavy luggage up 6 flights of stairs as we were on the 3rd floor. Beds quite comfortable. Location not too bad but not as central as you might think.

What I didn’t like, is for any request, it’s cost you money! For this price, they should offer cleaning every two days or on demand! What I like, it’s make you feel at home!

Great Apartments!
Amazing apartment on the top floor, very clean, spacious and modern, just a short walk away from all the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Only minor downfall would be that there is only a shower head attached to the bath rather than an actual shower - so it was a bit awkward trying to wash your hair. Would definately stay here again.

A spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay in a quiet and safe area, close to the river, restaurants and metro and tram stops The staff very helpful and cordial As to what they could have done better, they could have made the living room smaller and have dedicated more space to the bedroom They should also make it clear at the time of booking, that a deposit of $200 must be left from the moment of check-in.

Great location, cleanliness and style of the property. Reception staff very helpful too. However, being in a basement flat we noticed unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I guess it is due to old age of the building and piping, which is the only thing that lets it down a little.

We were concerned that we would be too far away from key sightseeing landmarks but found that everything was close at hand either by walking or public transportation. The facility was exactly as advertised, if not better. We booked two apartments for the three of us and found that one would have been more than satisfactory. The apartment I shared was beautiful: rough wooden posts, a balcony, skylights, a whirlpool tub and more. We just loved it and were not sorry when we needed to stay in one afternoon because we were tired. Staying here really added to our trip!

Firstly, the reality of the apartments and the pics are wildly different. The decor is to say the least, not of good quality. Layouts are odd. The beds were incredibly saggy and uncomfortable. The first apartment they gave us smelled so much of mould we had to ask for another. Secondly, at check-in you are asked to provide card details or cash for €250 deposit for breakages or “disturbing the neighbors”. No, thank you.

The deposit of 250 euro is a damage deposit - now days a normal thing to protect our belongings, we do in case of big apartments. We never hold the amount on the card, but we charge at the end of the stay if we discover a damage. It is important to say and we tell this to everyone at the check in.

We loved our apartment! So unique with all the brickwork, stonework and spiral staircase! Lots of room for our family of six. And it’s in a great location. If we could make one small suggestion, the hot water in the shower ran out way too fast, we would get through two people and then the water went cold. But other than that, this place was great!

A nice, convenient place to stay. The shower was a little odd with there only being a hand held wand in a bath tub so you have to stand in the corner where the glass wall is and shower with one hand essentially, but its doable. Overall it was clean and comfortable and had a washer in the unit and working AC so one cannot complain too much!

Spacious apartment idea for 5 people. 3 single beds and a spacious double sofa bed, about a 20-25 minute walk to all main attractions and easy to navigate way around the city. Local tram routes nearby. Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and comfortable apartment
Clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is about 30 min walking distance from the city center. If you don’t feel like walking, tram stop is a few minutes away. The place is very comfortable with plenty of amenities. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was great apart from the tv that was rubbish too much interference. The receptionist would not allow us to use their WC when picking up our luggage and was rude which spoilt the whole experience for us. Needs customer service training!

Dear John, Thank you for your review, nontherless we have no impact on what TV was broadcasting. You have more 100 tv channels to choose or if you do not like any of them, we offer a lot of DVD down at the reception with great movies to watch. About the toilet, it is written right at the entrance door that we have no public toilet. That is true. Anyhow we will talk to the receptionists to communicate it in a more educated way.

Great location good for families with children
Great location, easy access to tram, metro, grocery, restaurants etc. Washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen functional and useful. Would prefer doors separating sleeping areas though if you have younger children this might not be an issue. Good value, pretty space.

Great hotel
Really nice hotel for a Pre-Christmas getaway. The rooms are really well equipped and so comfortable. The location is great - really quiet and away from the hustle and bustle - yet an easy walk in to the centre or a short tram ride from the door. Fantastic stay.

Well furnished and very clean rooms. Great decor, and is good for family and group of friends. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment (sleeps 5)...the only slightly negative point is that there was 1 toilet and 1 shower...which could be less for a group of 5.
