Dear Guests, we would like to thank you for your recent stay at Le Palais Art Hotel Prague and your feedback. First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience associated with not working card-keys. There was some technical problem with the central key system and even after the restart some of the doors did not react. Because of this big issue, we are going to change the whole system in March 2020. We would like to clarify your mentioned service of the whirlpool. Last year, 2019, in spring we had to cancel this facility in our Pure Spa area, and we have informed all our cooperating travel agents and online portals. We asked them to remove this information from their internet servers because we do not offer this facility anymore. Other facilities as a sauna, steam room, aroma showers, relaxing area, and fitness club are in operation and there is no previous reservation needed. We reported the information about the non-working steam room, and we have sent one of our colleagues to double-check and make it work. The only service, where a previous reservation is required, is massages and treatments. Previously mentioned facilities are accessible anytime in operation hours (in the case of Pure Spa it is from 16:00 till 22:00 and this information is available on our websites and by every entrance to the Pure Spa). We are sorry if our spa receptionist gave you the wrong information or there was a misunderstanding about this topic. Because of this inconvenience that has happened to you during your stay we want to offer you a 1-night complimentary stay in our hotel anytime till the end of 2020, according to the availability to show you that we can do better and to make your stay unforgettable for the right reason.
