I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no elevator and that our room was on the second floor with no one available to help carry our luggage. Additionally, the hot water was either freezing cold or unavailable at certain times of the day.
We had requested a late check-out, even if it came with a fee, but were met with confusion and miscommunication from the staff. We expressed interest in a later check-out, and a receptionist told us that we can stay until 13:30. On the day of our departure, we received an email stating that we had failed to check out and were required to return to the hotel immediately. When we returned, the receptionist, Honza, was rude and aggressive, shouting at us and ordering us to return to our room without allowing us to explain the situation. He further humiliated us by yelling at us in front of other guests in the lobby, slamming the doors on us.
Honza continued to blame us for the misunderstanding and threatened to charge us a late check-out fee. His behavior was completely unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. The overall conduct of the staff was disgraceful and left a negative impression on what should have been a pleasant stay.
