Dear Sirs,I would like to thank you for your stay and the time you spent evaluating our hotel.We are very sorry that you were not satisfied, the satisfaction of our guests is very important to us and we try to do our best. You have decided to book a standard double room. Our rooms are very nice, the building dates from the 17th century and all the equipment and facilities have been carefully selected with regard to the location and age of the buildings. You had one of our most beautiful double room with nice view and very spacious. We are sorry that our premises did not suit you. In general, the elevators in the center of Prague is a big problem and we are grateful that we have second building with tiny lift. You could ask for it in advance and it shlould not be problem for us to change it.We are constantly working to improve our services. We also did not receive any complains regading the temerature of water.We are very sorry for such a misunderstanding with late check out. Please, be aware the last day of the year is the most popular day in the whole year. All people want to stay and accomodate.... there was really not very good comunication. Take our deep apolgy for that.Some of the colleguages are new and did not know...Regarding the behaviour of Honza - to be honest - I am so surprised, because we do have so much compliments regarding this guy.But I am so glad you have wrote this email to us. I do appreciate it. I will take care of it and I'll take the proper precautions. Also I have got backup from receptionests and they do not agree with your describtion this situation.
