Loved our stay here. The staff and facilities were excellent - the room and bath and shower were small but adequate. Its just off the old town square and convenient to dining and sites - a short walk to metro and tram stops. The ONLY negative was there was - I think - some construction in the building behind that went all thru the night and was VERY loud at times.

Hotel Hastal was close to all of Old Town Prague and quite walkable to most other sights. It was a very pleasant accomodation. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and piping hot water. The included breakfast was expansive and delicious. The hotel had a 24 hr coffee machine which made really good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to point out one particular staff member. Tom greeted me when I arrived in an extremely friendly and inviting demeanor. He was always very helpful and thoughtful. He helped guide me to less expensive places to pick up supplies and was full of good advice.

Though the room was much smaller than any photo online, it was very comfortable, tasteful, had good pillows, and windows that you can open to not be too hot. Very attentive and nice reception staff, nice breakfast. Note: I wish they included hair conditioner for people with long hair. Would stay there again. Nice experience and location.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The front desk could not be more professional. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The rooms and the hotel are among the cleanest I've stayed in. Fabulous property management.

We loved our stay at the hotel Haštal in Prague. The hotel is full of little charming details that only a small boutique hotel ca. deliver. Like umbrellas in your room if it’s raining, an outside garden with cushions and blankets, an amazing complimentary coffee/tea bar and every thing a person could need for a stay. The rooms were sound proof and delightful. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

quaint property in very convenient yet quiet part of the central town. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room is a bit small and takes some careful maneuvering to avoid shin bruises. That said would definitely recommend the hotel.

We loved this place! The staff was fantastic! The hotel was perfectly located. They had a coffee machine on-site for coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate or tea anytime of the day. They also had complimentary wine every night. The breakfast was a wonderful variety of eggs, cheese, meats, fruits and pastries. The bar next door is staffed by some great people. We went every night for a night cap. The location is perfectly located in the city. The neighborhood is quiet. What more could you ask for!

In your case, it could have been that there was a low battery in the device that only needed to be changed. Excellent location. Complementary euro breakfast was good, but not great. Room air conditioning was controlled by front desk. This system did not make for a cool enough room at night for our taste. Parking is a bit of a hassle and not the easiest to find. Try to opt for a Deluxe rom over the very small Classic room. Bedding was very nice. P

Two Days in Beautiful Prague!
It was clean, comfortable and very convenient. The management was friendly and helpful. Our only constructive comments are: There was no luggage rack in the room. When we asked for one to be delivered, it did not appear. Also, in their description it said there was a limo service to the train station but there was not. But these are just minor hiccups! This was a very nice hotel and we would recommend it!

After travelling the world, being to over 1000 hotels this is seriously in my top 3 for customer service, the guy behind the counter was very friendly and the rooms are a perfect mix of old Prague style mix with all modern room amenities you like ever need and rooms are of a 5 stat level. Breakfast is set in the most amazing outdoor garden and rates are insane good value. Will be using this again for all guests that come to visit me.

The Hotel was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. It has such an interesting history (it's been in the same family for 5 years). The staff was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and lovely. This will definitely be my go to hotel the next time I'm in Prague.

I was looking for a nice one night stay in the center of Prague, and came upon this hotel which seemed to be a good option. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the friendly receptionist and everything was super easy and pleasant. I got a nice bottle of wine for y vip status and even a free room upgrade. The hotel has an old style chic to it, the location is superb, and the service was excellent. I will probably come back one day soon.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is in such a great location with an amazing breakfast and happy hour. I also loved the history to the place, and that the current owners (5th generation) have thrived keeping it up. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

One of the most amazing hotels we've stayed in, we will certainly come back when returning to Prague. Great location to walk to all the sights in the old town and fantastic value. The owner personally greeted us and kindly let us check-in at 11am instead of the normal 2pm since a room was ready.
