I can recommend this hotel, and could find no faults whatever. Free, buffet, breakfast, comfortable room and excellent service. Would certainly stay again.

Very lovely room, at the time of our visit there was way too many children running around without adult supervision (which I understand isn’t the hotels fault however their loudness should have been managed better) which made us not want to spend much time in the communal areas

Though the hotel is far from the city center, it’s accessible via trams. The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. We left early for our flight and they were kind enough to pack our breakfast. :)

Good for business travel
I was there for an event at the Industrial Palace next door. For this, the location (also close to the park) and facility are excellent. The breakfast was also reliably strong. The hotel is clean and safe, but doesn’t offer much more in terms of amenities.

Good location, excellent service
I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue I was visiting. Turns out it's also a very walkable neighbourhood and close to trams. This made it very easy to get around. Reception staff were exceptional in helping me resolve what could have been a critical incident. I also experienced very good service and meals in the dining room. The room was very clean and comfortable but no view and no tea or coffee in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Its an old 4* hotel with the infrastructure for a 4* but is managed poorly and cheaply. I would say the management is doing a 2-3* job. For example: For using the safe in your room, you need to go down the reception and leave a 20 euro deposit for the key! The breads and veggies were old( we stayed for two nights between christmas and new years eve). If you want to make a hot drink, you should go down to restarurnt (since there is no boiler in the room or in the lobby) and they charge you 20CZK for hot water! The toilet was smelly and we had orange stain drops on our bed linen on 1st night. The room was cozy and sofa and bed were comfortable, the bathtub was good as well.

Nice hotel.
Nice hotel, good food in restaurant, breakfast good. Staff were nice. A few restaurants nearby. Out of the way, near arena but easily reached by transit. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great hotel
We stayed here for our IVF procedure, I needed a place to relax. The hotel restaurant was very yummy and convenient, the breakfast was good. The room was quiet, spacious, and clean. The parking was safe and not expensive. I would stay here again!

A comfortable place for weary travelers
We arrived, told them who we were and felt very welcomed. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and again the staff was very friendly. Dinner was very reasonable priced. We were provided with maps and directions on how to get into the old town.

You get what you pay for
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a family room. We didn't pay much so we didn't expect a high standard. This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The room we were in was facing the railway line which meant it was very noisy and we kept being woken up by trains very late at night and early in the morning. Rooms facing the railway line should have special glass that is noise proof. The toilet smelt not very nice though it looked clean on the surface. The rooms were often not dine until 4pm. Some staff were great but others need training in basic customer service. For example, when we arrived and were waiting to check, the person on the Reception desk completely ignored us as she was dealing wirh another customer. Alrhough we didn't expect immediate attention, a nod or a tiny gesture to acknowdge our presence would have been appreciated. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. The location is good though and the breakfast was reasonable though there seem to be a constant shortage of cutlery and plates and the breakfast plates were very small, which meant one had to keep getting up to get more food. But we didn't pay much so we think that it is a good deal if you pay about £50 a night for a family of 2 adults and a child.

English speaking very friendly prompt and great staff! The restaurant at this hotel is SUPER the food was all great, delicious, the best Chef in town! Room service was also wonderful! Over all good experience! I have a spots on the carpet issue other than that very clean and nice, I will stay again!

Great for the Prague Expo halls next door
Easy walk down to the exhibition centre. Staff OK - but not always very friendly. Rooms pretty basic but clean, and fine. Slight niggles about the noises from outside/next door, and the drain that would not. Only water in the minibar, which is a shame. Reasonable breakfast, and great omelette for supper. The beer (both helles and dunkles) is - of course - amazing.

Spent 5 nights in this hotel while my daughter was a competitor in EUCYS 2013 in the nearby Expo park. Could not fault this hotel, staff were brilliant, room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect wifi throughout the hotel and bedroom. Breakfast was so varied, there was something for everyone. Evening meals in the restaurant were good too. Easy access to Prague on tram 17 or 24, tickets from reception. I would thoroughly recommend this spot

We stayed here for one night, mainly because it was close to the Czech Beer Festival going on close by. It was a nice clean hotel and came with a free breakfast which was a plus. It is however far from the major tourist attractions in Prague. If we weren't going to the Czech Beer Festival we wouldn't have stayed here. Although you can reach the main tourist areas by public transit it is a bit of a hassle. Would not be ideal for travellers/tourists looking to see the city over a few days.

It was ok...
We stayed there in July 2013, and it was OK. The location is a bit out of the centre, but there are convenient public transport connections and it is handy to the Elbe cycle way. The room was clean iver all, but the toilet smelled bad (like stale urine) despite daily cleaning. Our room (opposite the train line and above the restaurant was quite noisy). The buffet breakfast was good with a wide selection of food.

Very enjoyable stay, I ended up choosing this hotel at the last minute (the day of arrival) when there was an issue with the first hotel I had booked on hotels.com. I was pleased with this hotel - everything met or exceeded expectations. My wife loved the bathroom, especially the bathtub. One minor detail is the water temperature fluctuated several degrees while taking a shower so I started taking showers in the evening instead of the morning and the fluctuations weren't as significant;. Breakfast was excellent, location of hotel was good. The tram stop is about a 2 minute walk and the hotel staff were very helpful with providing input on what tram to take depending on where we wanted to go. The front desk also has tickets at the front desk - this made it easier to get tickets for the day and just charge to the room instead of having to get them at the train station. The wi-fi functioned reliably in the room, there was an ethernet cable that I used some but I used the wireless most of the time, I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is next to the expo grounds so it was a bit noisy some nights til late but it did die down a bit before midnight so it wasn't too bad.
