“Very friendly, helpful staff - a pleasure to stay here”
This hotel was close to the centre but down a side street so nice and quiet. The garden was pretty and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was not a standard hotel - a bit quirky and full of character. We really enjoyed staying here.
“Would definitely go back”
Had a 3 night stay at the Elite for a long weekend, to go to the Christmas markets. It was freezing outside but our room and the hotel was warm and cosy, and we were happy our room had some character, not just a plain modern hotel room. Room was great, breakfast was great, the location was great. We walked everywhere, and everything was close by. The only slight complaint was that the music from the nightclub in the basement could be heard in our room (on the second floor) late at night, although we didn't actually seem to have much problem sleeping with that. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
“AMAZING HOTEL”
The hotel couldn't have been better and the value was terrific. The hotel was located within walking distance of most major attractions for tourists. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet hit the spot. There is a Tesco down the street and the hotel is just yards away from public transportation.
“Very comfortable small hotel conveniently located for the main sights”
Situated in a quiet one-way street, the hotel is very well placed within easy walking distance of most of the main sights including Wenceslas and Old Town Squares. Narodni Trida metro station is less than 100m away and this is also a stopping point for trams to most parts of the city including the Castle and Vysehrad. It was very good to be able to pop back to the room during the day. Though not large, our room was well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We used the the integral Ultramarin restaurant each evening. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere in the no smoking area pleasant. The main course specials were good and reasonably priced. Much more character than the chain hotels.
“Good hotel really good holiday”
We found the hotel really well placed within walking distance of the major sights.
“Location, location, location...”
This was a surprising gem of a hotel in a great location in Prague. We were so pleased to be able to get around with such ease, and return to the hotel anytime we needed to. The staff was terrific and helpful. We were close to the metro, Tesco dept store, trams, the river. We could walk to many of the sights. Our room was on the front side and was a bit noisy on the weekend when the club nextdoor was open and when trash was picked up.
“Great hotel - fabulous location”
We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. We will stay here again! We highly recommend this hotel!
“A conseiller”
Superbe hotel en plein centre de Prague...les chambres un peu petites sont néanmoins pleine de charmes et d'authenticités..
“In reality , better than pictures on the Net”
Stayed at the Elite Hotel for 4 days at the end of November. The Hotel was more impressive than views on the net . Breakfast was busy as I had read but was not an issue as we appeared to be some of the last guests around 9.30am . Our room was allocated on arrival although we arrived 2 hours before check in time . I would suggest light clothing whilst in the hotel especially the rooms as it was really quite hot . The nightclub was very entertaining for a Monday evening , the film "Coyote Ugly" springs to mind . Overall,a wonderful trip
“The Name says it all”
Beautiful hotel. Just a short jaunt to all the attractions and/or tram stop. The hotel courtyard is a charming place to relax and have a drink after a long day (or to start a long day). The staff was very kind and helpful. The free internet was nice also
