“The hotel is super”

The hotel is super, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the location can not be more convenient. Breakfast is included in the price and is very good. Overall, we can't be more happier for our choice.

“Wonderful”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, only minutes away from main Xmas market in wonderland Prague. The staff was very helpful. It was also very practical to drop off shopping bags as the hotel is in a main shopping area. We would definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Prague.

“Not Impressed”

While Friday Hotel is centrally located in Prague, the hotel does not meet it's four-star rating. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and sheets are only changed once every three days. Unfortunately, I was sick during my stay in Prague, and was not told ahead of time that I would be charged extra for requiring a changing of sheets due to being ill. As well, although the hotel staff misprinted multiple pages from the computer for me, they had the nerve to charge me for all the printing. Many staff were not happy to help, and quite frankly simply rude. With that said, there were two staff at the hotel reception that were extremely helpful and kind. However, based on my experience at this hotel, I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.
