Pros: Breakfeast was goog
Cons: the beds!!!
This hotel was basic. Far from the center but near my meetings. In general everythign was OK, but just OK. I asked for a twin bed, I got to single beds without even something putting them together, in the middle of the night I was falling for the center.

Don't botherPosted 7-Jan-2014
Pros: Metro is only 2 mins walk away. Good transport links.
Cons: A change of staff??
Rude staff, inconsiderate, unhelpful. Waited 3 hours to get a room even though staff confirmed I could check in earlier via email. Given 2 single beds on our HONEYMOON! Great! Had to swap rooms again. Shower was cold, asked for it to be fixed - Noone ever came. Arranged for a cake and champagne bottle to be set up in the room on arrival for husbands birthday - after 3 months of communication via email with staff, this was still not done! I even reminded the lady on the check out and she said 'yeh this will be done'.

Location: there isnt much around the hotel... maybe one Chinese restaurant and thats it..but metro is right beside the hotel so its easy to get to centers
from staff, to room cleanness, to all services, breakfast, wifi everything was good and perfect...just the location is a bit far from the central attractions but the metro is right beside the hotel

BEST DEAL IN PRAGUEPosted 26-Oct-2013 on Hotels.com
EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR "GOOD" PRICE. VERY COMFORTABLE ROOMS, INTERNET, MINIBAR, SAFE. AFTER A DAY OF SIGHTSEEING, A VISIT TO THE 12TH FLOOR SPA IS A "MUST". PROBABLY THE BEST IN PRAGUE (TWO SAUNAS, STEAMROOM AND A HOT TUB WITH LOUNGES TO RELAX). AND WHAT A VIEW OF THE CITY FROM FROM THERE. THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT (IF INCLUDED) HAS EVERYTHING YOU MAY WANT BEFORE HEADING OUT. THE STAFF IS VERY ACCOMODATING, READY TO HELP WITH ANY REQUESTS. THE METRO (SUBWAY, UNDERGROUND) IS 30 SECONDS FROM THE HOTEL, THE LONGEST RIDE THRU ENTIRE CITY TAKES 15 MIN, SO EVERYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO IS "NEAR BY". A DAILY TICKET IS 5-6 DOLLARS AND OFFERS UNLIMITED USE OF NOT ONLY METRO BUT ALSO THE ELEC. STREET TRAMS (WHAT A FUN TO RIDE) AND BUSES.

Pleasant SurprisePosted 6-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
I thought the service was very good and the staff were all very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about the whole experience. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Prague.

I would stay in this hotel all the timePosted 31-Aug-2013
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms are actually much bigger than they look in the pictures here. Everything was spotless.
Cons: I would train the girls in the breakfast room how to supply with plates before they are finished. I had to go after them about 3 times.
Location: The hotel is only 4 stops away by train from the station "museum", which is the center. The train station is behind the hotel. Very convenient.
The rooms in this hotel are huge and clean. The pictures you see in here make the room look smaller, but when you get there they are much bigger. Try to book a room in the executive floors, they only cost about 8.00 to 10.00 more dollars, but they give u access to the lounge on the 11th floor with a huge garden. They have the best coffee in the lounge, along with wine, juices, mineral water, beers, and sandwiches. I am a big coffee drinker so for me was a bargain to pay 82.00 dollars for a Junior Suite, which looked like an apartment. Even the cheapest rooms are big; I saw them when the girls were cleaning them. However, the breakfast room needs some details to be improved. They run out of plates very frequently and the girls that work there do not keep up with that. I had to go after them more than once. There is a guy who can make delicious omelettes, but you have to find him. When you check-in the hotel you have to let the receptionist know what you are getting. I already knew from the reviews I had read in here, so I reminded her about my free access to the lounge, and she said that my booking only said "room and breakfast". Just tell them that you booked through Expedia and what they offered you. Do not let them take away from you the benefit of what you are paying for. They did not give me a hard time and I was given access to the lounge immediately. The hotel is only 4 stops away from the station "Museum" on the "A" train. The train station is behind the hotel.

The hotel and room were very nice. The location was right next to a subway that went downtown in two or three stops .
