Pleasant SurprisePosted 6-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
I thought the service was very good and the staff were all very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about the whole experience. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Prague.

I would stay in this hotel all the timePosted 31-Aug-2013
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms are actually much bigger than they look in the pictures here. Everything was spotless.
Cons: I would train the girls in the breakfast room how to supply with plates before they are finished. I had to go after them about 3 times.
Location: The hotel is only 4 stops away by train from the station "museum", which is the center. The train station is behind the hotel. Very convenient.
The rooms in this hotel are huge and clean. The pictures you see in here make the room look smaller, but when you get there they are much bigger. Try to book a room in the executive floors, they only cost about 8.00 to 10.00 more dollars, but they give u access to the lounge on the 11th floor with a huge garden. They have the best coffee in the lounge, along with wine, juices, mineral water, beers, and sandwiches. I am a big coffee drinker so for me was a bargain to pay 82.00 dollars for a Junior Suite, which looked like an apartment. Even the cheapest rooms are big; I saw them when the girls were cleaning them. However, the breakfast room needs some details to be improved. They run out of plates very frequently and the girls that work there do not keep up with that. I had to go after them more than once. There is a guy who can make delicious omelettes, but you have to find him. When you check-in the hotel you have to let the receptionist know what you are getting. I already knew from the reviews I had read in here, so I reminded her about my free access to the lounge, and she said that my booking only said "room and breakfast". Just tell them that you booked through Expedia and what they offered you. Do not let them take away from you the benefit of what you are paying for. They did not give me a hard time and I was given access to the lounge immediately. The hotel is only 4 stops away from the station "Museum" on the "A" train. The train station is behind the hotel.

The hotel and room were very nice. The location was right next to a subway that went downtown in two or three stops .

Easy access to metro and good location.Posted 14-Jul-2013
Hotel, staff and breakfast are very good. I went there for the wellness center to use the wellness center however the charge is about $20 a day just to use the gym that is very poorly equipped and should be included in the cost of the hotel. The worst part is the parking charge of about $30 a night and adds up quickly if you are staying awhile. A guest staying there should only have to pay $5 - $10 a night (if anything) to park there. The hotel is not centrally located so the parking charge should not be so high. I stayed at other places in and closer to the city center where the parking was either free or $10 at the most. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is driving there.

great location in terms of ease of access of metro (immediate surrounding area not so interesting). Quick trransfer to and from airport using public transport (bus 119 to Dejvicka metro, then on to Zelivskeho metro station - approx 45 mins,) Hoitel itself is great, noc mplaints, good breakfast, wifi could be better but works for basic functions (email/skype). Staying there again, if price is right again.

Very nice hotelPosted 29-Jun-2013
Hotel close to public transportation. Excellent city with great restaurants. The stay at the hotel would have been more pleasant had the front desk clerk been more attentive - he did not inform us of the 'perks' that were included with our reservation, such as access to the executive lounge and the executive breakfast (so we missed out on that). At check-out we were prompted to pay for parking, even though our reservation explicitly stated: free parking.

Pleasant hotelPosted 17-Jun-2013
Cons: At breakfast and lunch some cutlery, cups, plates and cups where missing and the food wasn't very diversified.
I stayed for two nights, in the scope of a conference, and I enjoyed it. The room was very confortable and clean with good facilities. The staff was also pleasant.
