“Very good hotel with excelent location”
The metro station is right in front of it. It takes 3 stations to get to downtown in 10 minutes. The building can be seen from far away so you can also travel by tram without getting lost. The only downside is that wireless internet is not free and you have to pay for a 24 hours code in order to get it in your room. There are two computers in the lobby with free internet access though. Esther in the bar has a nice smile. I will be definitely going back to Prague and to this hotel.
“Nice Hotel, Good service, Close to the centre!”
I must admit that it is not the best 4 star hotel I have been to, but good value for money. The rooms were nice, the service was also good, as rooms were cleaned and we were provided fresh new towels every day. The hotel was also right next to the green tube line at 3-4 stops from the main centre area and it was also walking distance from it. the area where it is located is very quiet at night but it is safe.
“Very comfortable hotel in Prague”
My family (2 adults, 2 kids under 5) stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night at a very reasonable cost. It is a very nice hotel in a safe location with a metro station right outside. Included with our rate were two 24-hour metro passes and free underground, secure parking. The city center and Charles Bridge are only 5 subway stops (10 minutes) away. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy Prague.
“Believe the other reviews, it was great!”
The family suite was more than suitable, they even left little stuffed bears for our girls. A buffet breakfast is included and was typical fare. We were also given adult transport day passes for each day we were there, including checkout day. We only had to purchase kids tickets and some for the first trip from the airport to the hotel. There is a transport kiosk inside the airport to buy tickets. Don't waste a day pass to get to your hotel unless you'll be getting in early enough to use it more that day. Get a transfer ticket instead, it will last long enough to get you to the hotel. Bus 119 takes you to the Metro A line, where you can catch your metro to the hotel. There is a mall one stop up from the hotel (Flora station) that also has a grocery store if you like to pack inexpensive snacks and water for your day excursions. Nice hotel, helpful staff and location away from the noise of the city. Already recommending to friends!
“If you don't mind taking transportation”
We stayed there for 3 nights in January. When you get there, ask them for your free 24 hour transportation pass. You can get one of these passes everyday and it gives you unlimited rides on the underground & buses. The room was nice and clean and a decent size for Europe. It was a little too warm, but I guess it's better than freezing. The underground station is only a few feet from the hotel and you'll need it, because it's about 15 mins from the city center.

It's a very nice hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Location is very close to the underground - just a few steps away. Free daily tickets to use for public transportation. Great food and excellent service at the restaurant. Front Desk clerks are polite and accommodating. Free internet at the lobby (first come, first served basis). Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.
“I was very happy with this hotel”
I was very happy with this hotel and would recommend it to anybody. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location, metro station is right across the street from the hotel. Hotel gives you free public transporation vouchers for the duration of your stay there. I could not have a better place to stay.
“Very pleasantly surprised”
The bedroom was spacious, clean and well maintained, very helpful and polite staff who will go out of their way to help. Nice relaxing lobby and bar area, although usual hotel bar prices here (a bit on the expensive side). The Buffet breakfast caters for a range of tastes. With a metro stop just outside the hotel the centre and tourist attractions are only 10 minutes away. Very enjoyable and will certainly be booking this one again.
“Excellent Hotel, But Not in City Center”
If you need or wish to stay in the center of the tourist area, this hotel is not for you. But if you are willing to stay a short distance away (a few stops on the subway or tram), this hotel is a great bargain--nice lobby, large rooms, very good free breakfast, free subway/tram/bus tickets, free parking, extremely pleasant staff! I travel to Prague frequently, and have never found a deal as good as this one!
“excellent rapport qualité/prix”
hotel moderne, très propre. Personnel compétent, chambre spacieuse, rien a dire sur le petit déjeuner, bref un excellent hotel. De plus se trouve à 10 Mn du centre ville grace à une station de métro au pied de l'hotel, atout indéniable.
