For a small 11 room hotel originally build in late 1800, this a Jewel in old town Prague. The staff at front desk and restaurant are extraordinary nice young people. The breakfast menu is soooo delicious! Even if you dont stay here. have breakfast here!😃

My second stay at this excellent hotel. A short distance from the Old Town Square but in a quiet location. Rooms, food, service, cleanliness, etc all excellent.

Almost a nightmare... lack minimum concern
It's a very small place literally fits one twin bed and a small desk with chair with no room to move around. Didn't feel it's worth the money I paid. The Manager was reasonable, tried to show the city plan and brought me upstairs to the room and gave a traditional keys set(two keys) one for the room and one for the back door (entrance). I went out to the city or couple hours and came back around 1 AM. The keys for backdoor entrance didn't work. I had my flight early next morning which I can't afford missing. Majority of people don't speak english, it's a bit shady at that late in the night and a bit scary. After trying for almost half hour, I walked down to two police officers and tried explain my situation. They tried to help me opening the door for a few minutes and were unsuccessful. After I requested them repeatedly they were kind enough to call the Manager or his cell(i have no idea how they know his number) and told me someone will come open the door in 15 min. So finally after 15 minutes, the manager came apologizing for the inconvenience and let me in thru the front door. If it weren't for the police officers, I don't know how It would have been to me in a new place that late in the night. I wish the management of the hotel took a better care of these minimum things, especially if there's no late night service at the hotel.

I love this hotel. One of my favorites in the world. Clean, friendly, hospitable. Great breakfast included. Will even go out of way for you to have food, coffee, etc. if you miss breakfast time.ive been to Prague twice and stayed here twice. Will stay here any time I come back

Absolutely superb hotel. We felt it was the best thing about Prague! Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Location is also perfect. Excellent breakfast to top it off!

We visited for the Christmas markets, and honestly there is not a better location in the city. The free breakfast was incredible!! Better than any restaurant we could have gone to. The bed was pretty comfy and the bathroom was decent size. Great stay.

We arrived late at night, but the check in process was quick and easy. We had our first meal in Prague at the hotel's restaurant, and everything we ordered was good. Service was excellent, and all of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were very nice. The room was clean and had enough space for three of us. Breakfast was very good, and we liked the fact that we could order complimentary a la carte menu on top of the buffet. There is no elevator, but it didn't bother us too much. The hotel is located on the quiet street, but it was central enough to walk everywhere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Highly recommended.
Hotel has a personal, friendly, family-run feel to it. Very good area, close to Mustek metro station (where both lines A and B are available), the old town and Wenceslas square. Room includes fruit infused water and continental breakfast. Complimentary snacks were left in my room during turn down service both nights I was there. Note that this hotel does not have a lift/elevator.

The Jewel is a Jewel!
The Jewel is a lovely boutique hotel in the old part of Prague. Just far enough away from the square so that the noise an comotion isn’t a problem but just a short walk to the action. The staff was very friendly and attentive especially Tonci who helped us with reservations etc. The breakfast was excellent as were the little amenities brought to the room each evening. The value for money was excellent. The only small issue was the erratic WIFI. Not a big deal

Friendly and convenient city hotel
The friendly bar staff quickly checked me in when I arrived after 10.30pm from a late and delayed flight, and I was soon relaxing in the hotel's pleasant bar. I slept well in a quiet room on the second floor. There was a nice choice for breakfast, including hot food cooked to order that is included in the price. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the centre of Prague on foot, and indeed it's convenient even for popping back during the day to deposit purchases back in one's room. It's a small and characterful establishment with lovely staff, and a refuge from the touristic bustle of the city. Wifi worked well in the bar and in my room. There were nice touches such as a small cake delivered to my room and weather forecasts updated in my room daily. Altogether, it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Great Stay In Prague.
This was a really good hotel in a great location, close to many sights including Old Town Square & Powder Tower. It’s close to lots of eateries too but is a quiet hotel to stay in. The room was pretty small (I had a single) but perfectly adequate for what I needed. It was clean & comfortable & very well maintained with nice decor. Breakfast was excellent & the staff were really friendly & helpful. There were some nice touches too with little cakes & a bedtime story in the room every night. The WiFi was a little bit unreliable but nothing too terrible & there’s no lift which could be an issue for some people, although there is a luggage lift. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others & would stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the hotel and staff continued to far exceed our expectations. We stayed 5 nights and received complimentary pick up and drop off to and from the airport in a beautiful car (the driver was lovely). We stayed in the Pearl suite on the top floor which was so stunning and were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine as we were celebrating our anniversary. So many lovely details including fresh fruit-infused water every day, turn down service with desserts and a bedtime story, and a cell phone with full data to use during your stay! The buffet and a-la-carte breakfast in the morning was amazing. We cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It was ideally situated in Old Town, but not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle, so it was a bit quieter than expected, which was nice, but still only a 5 minute walk to Old Town Square. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an quaint, intimate (yet luxurious) stay in the heart of Prague.

The hotel set the stage for a wonderful visit to Prague. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. There is a lot of attention to small details to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast provided by the hotel was amazing. If you have a difficult time with stairs make sure to ask for a room on the 1st floor. My room was on the 4th floor and it was a good climb.

Wonderful stay. Hotel staffs are one of the best that I have met. Location is great. Walkable to both old and new town. Supermarkets and restaurant are just steps away. Rooms are clean and the turn down service is a great welcome when we return from a adventurous day. Breakfast is absolutely hearty and sumptuous!!!

Fabulous hotel and staff!
Brilliantly located in the Old Town, boutique Hotel Jewel is walking distance to many of Prague's attractions. The staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient. They went out our way to ensure we had a happy stay. They made our 4th anniversary celebrations a delight! Even surprising us with a bottle of bubbly in our room. The breakfast was superb with both buffet and à la carte options. We couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, great Prague Old Town location
Beautiful rooms and excellent food in the heart of Prague. Easy walking distance to other good restaurants, concert halls, historic sites and museums. Prague's bus/tram/Metro service takes care of the rest. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff. Airport limo service. I would definitely stay here again anytime I am in Prague.

The Jewel was a jewel!
My girlfriend and I met in Prague and had three great nights there. The room was adorable, small but super well appointed and the staff was magnificent. I would stay there again in a second. Bar and food a plus, too! Wonderful touches like a "welcome" glass of wine and a nightly "sweet treat" in your room. Great hotel! Small, boutique and you feel the flavor of Prague!

A gem in Prague
This hotel is great. Small but perfectly located in the old town within a 15min walk to the main square. The staff is very friendly. Room decor is cute, nice and chic. Breakfast is perfect. Will come back any time.
