“tres bon hotel sous tout rapport”
Hotel très bien placé ,à proximité des lieux historiques de la ville .Station de tramway très proche .Possibilité de stationner la voiture en lieu protégé . Personnel jeune ,très disponible ,accueillant et très efficace .
“Well positioned for sightseeing and restaurants and waterfront”
The Hotel was very close to the river, the old town and sightseeing. Some good restaurants close by and by the river. Prague is lovely, especially the old town and recommend a boat trip.

Hôtel de charme, proche du pont Charles , des restaurants et théâtres. Hôtel dans une rue à l'écart des afflux touristiques. Déjeuner copieux. Thé, café à disposition, gratuits à l'accueil .
“Amazing value for 3* Hotel”
The Cloister Inn was a real find. It was so well situated close to the river, Charles Bridge etc that you could walk out to sightsee during the day, walk back for a collapse and change and walk out again for a meal. The staff were super helpful; the lobby with complimentary drinks, books and free PCs and wi fi access provided a relaxing meeting point and the breakfasts provided plenty of choice. Our room was huge with sofa, desk etc, very clean and well furnished. And it was lovely coming back after my birthday meal to a complimentary bottle of wine and card!
“trés trés bien placé, agréable, compétant, nous y retournerons si l'on refait ce voyage”
Nous avons été trés content de cet hôtel, il est trés bien situé dans la bas de la vielle ville mais aussi tout prés de la nouvelle. Le personnel est trés compétant, nous avons eu une perte de bagage et il s'est occupé de téléphoner tous les jours à l'aéroport cela nous facilité dans les recherches (la valise est arrivé le matin du départ). Notre chambre n'avait pa sde vu sur la ville, mais comme nous n'y étions que pour dormir cela nous a absolument pas dérangé. Le petit déjeuné nous a tout à fait suffit mais comme nous sommes tartines confitures???
“Excellent”
I stayed at this hotel with my mum for a girls weekend break, it was excellent, the hotel is in a very central location but just down a side street so it wasnt noisy, took us 5 min to get to the old town and Charles Bridge, the rooms and public areas are very clean, the room was hugh and although the beds dont look it at 1st glance very comfortably, the reception staff were lovely, they couldnt do enough for us. Overall we were very impressed and wouldnt hesitate in going back there or recommending it to friends and family.
“Great location 2 minutes from the Old Town Square”
This hotel had been recommended to us by friends and we were not dissappointed. It represents great value for money. The street the hotel is sited on is a fairly quiet side street, but is only a couple of minutes to the Old Town square. We had a large, clean room with air-conditioning. The layout of the hotel is a little eccentric and the lift which goes to the higher floors of the old part is tiny. The staff were very helpful and arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport when I e-mailed them. The taxi fare was a set price which was good for budget planning. Although there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, there are in the reception area. Also, we had a fridge in our room in which included some free bottles of drinks.
“Cloister's 3 Cs: cozy, convenient, and clean!”
We were so happy for 4 days in the Cloister's. Location, location! Close to everything. Took the tram once ( only during our city tour). Reception people were very kind and helpful. Plenty of delicious food for breakfast. The bed was comfy and clean.We will recommend it to all and, if again in Prague ,will definately choose this hotel!

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Prague; le personnel y est très accueillant et performant (une personne parle même le français); en ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner, il est de type continental très complet. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel!

Chambre spacieuses, très propre et très calme. Petit déjeuner varié et à volonté. Personnel attentif et sympathique. Très bonne situation.
