My stay was absolutely nice, the hotel is a bit old and it is in city centre, right on the main roads so it was noisy in the room because of all night traffic. Breakfast was very good, staff and service great! Thank you🤗

The hotel was clean and tidy but you had to pay to use the tea and coffee facilities in the room which i think is ridiculous.

very clean and near town ( 5 minute walk ). the staff in the hotel were really nice and helpful. there were no english speaking channels on tv.

The staff was kind and nice. They spoke good English. Arrived at 3am, but staff was there and i had a warm welcome. Ceiling is high enough, room was large for its price, but I had to call a staff to figure out how separate hating works but he was helpful and things got ok. They had security deposit which I didn’t expect and as my bank was on holiday i had diffilculties. Yet the staff did her best to help the situation offering some suggestions. In general, I had great stay and think staffs are really nice. I talked about coffee port issue and the senior staff heard it and she would fix the problem right away. For price, it is really good and stayable.

I was unhappy that i payed for a double bed and got two singles pushed together,allso on the last day ,went to dry my hair and the hair dryed didnt work,allso had to pay for tea and coffee,i explained to the reception about the hair dryed and was told to hold the button down,there were no signes to inform of this,the private taxi i payed for was not there at arrivals and transfer home ,came early and picking others up,i was not happy at all.

Very nice tidy hotel staff friendly and helpfull .the only problem we had was heating was on all time and ridiculously hot even with lowering it down to lowest level . Otherwise realy pleasant stay

Well placed location, adequate breakfast. One criticism was the room was too hot, but overall an enjoyable stay. Took our own tea/coffee as not supplied, milk from local shop kept in fridge in room, worked well!!

Was spot on. Couldn’t fault it one bit. 10 minuets from the Main strip. Lovely staff couldn’t do enough for yo, and very clean place.

Checkin was easy we had missed our flight and had to catch a later one so arrived 6hrs later than we advised (2am) I had sent an email ahead so they were aware, room was clean and tidy, bedrooms on road side but didn’t hear a thing, slept well. Didn’t use mini-bar or coffee and wasn’t deducted anything from deposit. Would use again.

Overall the hotel is clean and nicely presented on one of the main roads into prague. Easy to find and quiet inside. However, upon arrivial, you are informed that almost everything is chargeable in the room. Now i appreciate that money needs to be made but even the tea and coffee are chargable. Which following delayed flights, isnt what you want to hear.

The property is not in the best neighborhood, but feels safe. Quiet. Luck of breakfast is not a plus but late open small food shops on the way to metro is Air condition heat pump extremely quiet.

The hotel is a four star. However its starting to show its age. The mattress has had its day and I would give my a 6/10. Front desk reps were awesome. Room was on first floor but we didn’t hear a car all night since this street is very busy. The only thing I do don’t care for was that the hotel is located about 15-20 mins to Wesclaw square/museum and the walk from hotel was incredibly noisy/annoying. But that’s not the hotels fault.

the fact that you charge 50KC for a teabag or a coffee sachet is a bit of exaggeration. I have not come across that practice anywhere in the world. Seeing this made me walk to a shop and get my own supplies. Martin at the reception was fantastic -great customer service, customer attention and provided amazing experience, going an extra mile for a customer.

The room was very spacious with high ceilings, the decor is dated but fits in with the age and style of the building. The air conditioning was perfect and greatly needed. Good bathroom facilities
