Awesome location but wifi connection wasn’t good. Shower in my room leaked water on the floor so after a shower you need to put down 20 towels on the floor to soak it up. Other than that you can’t beat the location.

Great location, nice, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Fabulous breakfast included. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Walking distance to many popular sites and public transportation. Definitely recommend!

The location is perfect for a tourist. The hotel is clean and functions well, but in need of an update. The included breakfast is a handy way of starting your day. My room overlooking a beautiful little park with a sculpture , was quiet and bright.

Ok hotel with some signs of aging. The first room we got had AC broken but then they gave us a different room. The property itself needs a major overhaul and cleanup. They serve a nice breakfast though.

Won’t be coming back.
Area was fine in the day, busy with lots of fast food and popular shops nearby. At night, however, it was heaving with stag-dos and rowdy groups, as the clubs and stripclubs opened. I found this intimidating as a solo female. Room was larger than expected with a comfy bed and lots of storage. The ensuite was clean and the shower was lovely. The window faced a blank wall, so there was no view and limited daylight. The room hadn’t been cleaned well, it was dusty and there was dirt and debris on the floor around the bed. A previous guest had also left open milk in the fridge. The room was missing a few key items, including a security lock on the door (?!), a kettle and mug (despite the pile of teabags found in a desk drawer, pictured) and a breakfast service card. The minibar was empty in addition to this. No plug sockets near the bed. No English language entertainment channels on the TV. There was one thin pillow provided, I would have preferred two personally. There was a loud electrical buzz constantly, which kept me awake on the first night. I unplugged the TV and fridge to try and resolve but was not successful. The walls were also very thin and I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms; talking and music, phones going on, morning alarms, footsteps and beds creaking. I arrived for breakfast around 9:30am, there wasn’t much left but I was able to scrape together a few items like bread, cheese and meat. Scrambled egg was available but was extremely watery.

The cost of the room was affordable. This location is great for reaching restaurants and the center of the square. I only brought a limited amount of clothing since I was in Europe for two weeks. I needed to do laundry and found a laundromat that was walkable to the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is location. Service personnel is terrible. We came on Thursday night around 10pm. There were 2 rooms available on 6th floor. The girl at front desk (Eugenia) told us the elevator is going to 5th floor only and then there is a switch to another elevator to go to 6th. When we got to 5th floor, the elevator going to 6th floor was out of order, there was a sign on the elevator door, and somehow the front desk did not know about it. We came down to front desk and asked for help either calling someone to fix the elevator or help us with the luggage. The answer was: " I am alone here, no one else is around, sorry, no other rooms available, you need to lift your luggage by stairs". When we started to ask again, that how could you give us rooms on the floor where elevator is not going to, the answer was: "Leave me alone, what do you want from me, talk to manager in the morning, etc..." and she started to curse, so we would leave her alone. I had 2 children an 4 suite cases. Ended up carrying the luggage up myself. As we found out, the elevator was not working for at least 4 days already and obviously when we were checking out still was not working. Breakfast is OK but overcrowded. The waiter tripped on the stairs and spilled the yogurt all over the place. As for rooms, clean, decent, however, hot water was in and out when we took a shower. Not for a long but still. Our overall experience is terrible. Choose a different hotel if you can.

Prague Christmas Markets
This hotel is in the heart of the city and the location does not get much better. It was perfect for our two night trip to Prague and we were able to walk the entire city and visit all of the Christmas Markets. Everyone we ran into on the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Central, convenient and comfortable
With no protruding sign, the hotel was not easy to find in in this long and busy street. Reception was a bit clinical and Czech government forms were a pain to fill in. Room was very good. Bath is rather high, so difficult to get in and out of. Hotel layout rather confusing because it is a merger of two buildings. Good breakfast

It is OK. But they lock the door when you go out at night. You need to knock for a long time before they answer. You started to worry if you have to sleep on the street before they respond. ( It happened on Sept 14)

All-in-all not bad hotel with excellent location
Good hotel with excellent location. It is advertized as 4 star hotel but I think that it is missing some of the atributes of being such. In particular I mean content of various accessories in the room and bathroom. The view from our room was on the wall of the next building which obviously was not very cool... however maybe it was not a such bad thing this particular time, since Saturday evening there was an event (marathon) and it was very noisy on the street in front of the hotel but in our room it was completely quiet. The room itself was rather small, not very new/fresh but clean. Breakfast was ok, not bad but nothing to be too much exciting about, I would say average. Staff was friendly. We arrived around 10 in the morning but we were able to check in and get into room, which was nice surprize, since it was so early. It was also possible to leave bags in the hotel after check-out. The location is very good, only 10-15 min walk from railway station where airport express bus arrives. Metro station is within 50-100 meters. A lot of gift shops and restaurants near by. All-in-all good, although a bit below my expectations considering ranking (4*), rating (>8) and price...

Great location! Close to both the train station and the old walking part of town with the astronomical clock, the river & loads of shops and restaurants to choose from. Very satisfied with the staff, location, price and cleanliness of this hotel.
