sevice there was great! friendly staff. they made me feel very comfortable, allowing me to be at ease and to be able to relax. the pillows could use a little stuffing, but it was ok. one little thing bothered me; when i came back from sea world, i saw a tiny little slug like thing on the foot of my bed. kind of weird that it was there, but i got over it quickly. breakfast was ok.

While Poway is not in the center of San Diego, Poway is a wonderful place and you can travel easily from the comfortable hotel to all sorts of interesting spots in the San Diego area. One day we went to downtown and Coronado Beach. The next day we toured the coastline and visited La Jolla. The next day we did the Winery tours--all within easy distances of Poway. Yet the hotel affords the quiet comfort of an out of the City place. We would highly recommend this hotel in this place.

“Excellent pet friendly hotel”

This was a nice, clean hotel. We were completely satisfied with the room, continental breakfasts, and hotel staff. It was great for our dogs, as well. The pet deposit was reasonable and we will definitely stay again!

“Well Maintained”

My wife and I were happy to see that the hotel had been updated since our last visit two years ago. The staff was friendly and seemed to be always at work. The new feature was the internet service in the lobby. Breakfast was great and the rooms had been upgraded to the owner-establishment's requirements. I will definitely visit again, when in Poway.

“Poway Best western”

From when i first arrived until my departure the stay was fine.; I was using the hotel for a place for my wife and I to shower and sleep at while visiting family for the holidays. The room was very comformtable. a little noise from the folks above us one night of the five but overall very nice and cost efficient alternative to staying much farther away.

“good for the money”

This was a great location for anything in Poway and Rancho Bernardo. The front desk service was excellent. The room was nice and clean. It was perfect for a short visit.

I enjoyed staying here. I was alone and was able to park right in front of my room. When I had to go back out to my car for something around midnight, I felt safe. There was no noise even though I was Halloween weekend. Office staff was courteous and helpful. I will be staying there again soon.
