“It was great”
We stayed at the hotel for our entire week in San Diego. Originally we had planned on finding a different hotel for our last couple of days, but the room was clean and the employees were very friendly so we decided to stay. We just needed a comfortable place not a luxury suite since we came to site-see not hang out in a hotel. I've noticed some people complaining that the beds were too hard, but I didn't notice a problem. Overall, I would recommend it.

We were disappointed that it was so far away from the beaches but the hotel was a great price, the staff was great,the rooms very clean, and it was an enjoyable stay.I would recommned it to anyone that doesn't mind drivng about 20 minutes to get to the beaches.

Very good hotel, customer service was excellent from check in to check out. Recommended resturants. Buffet breakfast was great for people on the go. Quiet. Pool and spa, (but it was to cold to use). Convienent location to main streets. City map provided for easy access to travel sites.
“totally satisfactory”
A great value for the price; breakfast was a little skimpy (most other hotels offer yogurt)and the instant coffee machine was really bad,but the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood...i would definitely go there again.

Met by a friendly face after a long drive. Quick check in and easy access to room. Good directions to where we wanted to go from the hotel; printed directions from computer. Room attendants were fast and efficient. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Look forward to another stay there the next time we are in the area.
“Good value, boring location”
We stayed at this hotel because it is close to family - I certainly would not recommend Poway as a destination otherwise. However, the hotel is nice, clean and a very good value for the area. The continental breakfast was quite limited and somewhat disappointing, but the king bed room was nice, spacious and clean. My mother had a queen room which was a lot smaller.
“Amazing hotel”
California has it down! I have been to a lot of Best Western Inns, but this one is by far the best. Thanks for the great comfort and amazing time!
