“One of the best places to stay in Portsmouth”
This hotel is very modern and beautiful inside. Very clean as well. In a great location. You can walk to many places. Very friendly staff. The business room is great - has everything a biz traveler needs - copier, printer, 2 PCs. Breakfast buffet is exceptional. Parking is valet only - weren't real thrilled with that, but they were super fast at getting your car. Would definitely stay again.
“Great Location”
The hotel is very nice, but inline with it's 3 star rating. Room was very clean and we had a partial view of the Pisquata River in the distance. The location is ideal in downtown Portsmouth. This was my reason for choosing this hotel. I didn't have a car and wanted to make sure the hotel was convenient to everything, and it is. A very short walk, or you can take the trolly or bus. All restaurants in the area are excellent!

“Great Downtown Portsmouth Hotel”
This hotel is located right in downtown Portsmouth and it really is a great hotel. The only think that could have been improved was that the beds were a little too soft for my liking. Otherwise, it was great. We spent 3 nights at the hotel last week and 3 nights in a Boston hotel. The price of the Boston hotel was double this one and certainly no better.

I was very impressed with the people that work there, they were very pleasant and accommodating. The Hotel itself was extreamly clean and neat and also very close to all the action in town. loved it, I will be going back for the fall season.

Nice hotel, decent price. We had coupons for free breakfast which was great- made to order dishes or continental style. Walk to everything location.
“Enjoyed stay”
The room was very clean and comfortable. The inn was bright and pleasing to the eye. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the valet service for my car.it was quick and easy. The location was walking distance to downtown Portsmouth for shopping and dining. It was also close to Prescott Park and the beaches. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was easy to find, centrally located, fine restaurant across the street,. Room was well appointed , comfortable beds and pillows, clean and quiet.

“Portsmouth Road Trip”
Normally we are very selective with kudos for good service and cleanliness, but not in this case. From the time we checked in until the time we left, we could not have had a better hotel experience in Portsmouth. Everyone in the hotel was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. I have ABSOLUTELY nothing negative to say about this hotel and now am really wondering about some of the reviews we read before arriving and questioning where those negative reviewers stayed.
