This is a strange place. I can't fault the bed - comfortable, but it has a combination of faults that make it hard to think of it as more than average. The shower is severely restricted with water flow - very annoying. The coffee in the lobby is good, and the Danish is adequate, but they don't offer the Danish on some days (I was there for a week). Everyone except for one night-desk guy seemed very unhappy. I can't fault the place for the price, but it was shabby. The television offered quite a bit. In a way it is what I would think a halfway house is like. They could do well to get rid of the carpet. It is just old and tired... sort of a Barton Fink mood in the place. I think that they are trying and it will probably get better over time. They were painting the doors when I left.

The hotel was an average, no frills stay. The ceilings looks like they were peeling and the overall look of everything seemed very outdated and old. The beds were fine. We were put in a smoking room when we requested non-smoking. We got what we paid for.

The whole stay was very nice. The staff was wonderful. The property is nicely maintained and the rooms are clean. I would recommend this for any. One that would like a quick stay in comfortable conditions

The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. The replacement room was fine. However the sofa had stains on it. The pool was hyper chlorinated and the bottom had a yellow sediment all over it.

It was quiet and the bedding was clean and crispy white. That was probably the best thing about it. The building is in need of updating! The sliding glass door was unlocked when we went to check it and we had a hard time locking it. It was basically broken. The curtains had tears or small holes in the backing. The floor creaked and shook the small fridge and microwave every time we walked by it. The tv wouldn’t work right. There was no sound and it was not on mute. The lobby carpet going up the stairs should be steam cleaned! Under the bathroom sink were exposed pipes in the wall. I could go on but you get the point.

Front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The first room we were in reeked of old cigarettes. The smell permeated everything in the room. We asked for a room change, got it, and it was far better! Decor is dated but acceptable. Could use a new mattress as well. For a 1 night stay the price was right and it was convenient but I wouldn't spend more than 1 night here.

Do not go to this hotel unless you have to
To start the main lobby had a very dusty smell. When we made it to the room there were stains on ceiling and a crusty white substance on the curtains. The ice machine had mold in it and when we made it to the pool was definitely the worst part. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming and the pool was very clearly dirty. Not to mention there was no hot tub. We decided to go in the water anyway and felt the bottom was slimy and gross and we kept finding hairs and other things. After just a few minutes we were still trying our best to enjoy the pool even though it started hurting our skin. That was when we realized there was no pump circulating the water, which would explain the absolute horid condition of the pool. We immediately got out at that point and went to shower and no matter how much we washed we felt a film on our skin. Overall a very poor condition for a hotel it would be good for if you just needed a place to sleep as we didnt see any bed bugs or hidden cameras but i wouldnt bring children or go for any of the poor condition amenities. In the morning before we checked out we noticed someone dumping pool chemicals in the grass which would explain the poor condition of the yard. Highly recommend finding a different hotel.

I love this place. The price is always reasonable. I stay here a lot and I’m in town for work. It has a vintage charm to it but I never have a problem getting a room. They also don’t try to pull shady crap like some other hotels with a big chains, for example (La Quinta by Wyndham) New Hampshire probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life and the staff is even worse) However, Hampton Fall inn is the place to stay if you’re ever up in the Seabrook area,
