Very good
Excellent location, simple and clean, very kind staff, very good ratio between price and quality. Mind that the air conditioner works in the evening only, starting from 7.30pm.

Easy access from the train station with heavy packs. Otherwise worst room in 23 days of travel. Cost was more than many other, much more welcoming rooms in other nearby cities.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è insufficiente soprattutto il fatto che l’aria condizionata è disponibile solo dalle 19,30 alle 02,30 ma il prezzo delle camere è equivalente ad un tre stelle. Bagni piccoli con doccia che scaricai nel pavimento.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og hotel til pengene
Det var en fantastisk velkomst. Værten var sød og spurgte om hvordan vi havde det. Værelserne var rene og aircondition var kun tændt fra 19.30-1.30. Vi kunne have ønsket at det havde været tændt fra kl 19.00-09 om morgenen. Det har været det eneste negative at skrive. Beliggenhed 7 min gåafstand til strand. Fantastiske hikes tæt på. Det var et 1-stjernet hotel, men vi var meget positivt overrasket over hvor skønt der var. Vi havde eget toilet og bad samt en lille terrasse til at hænge badetøj og håndklæder op fra dagens badning. Vi ville gerne komme tilbage igen til den pris, venlighed, renlighed og beliggenhed

tres médiocre
douche directement avec le wc sans cloison mauvaise extraction des odeurs chambre bruyante j'ai eu une contravention pour mauvais stationnement , le receptionniste m'a indiqué que ce n'était pas payant sauf non communiqué le vendredi de 6h 30 a 7h30 nous avons été tres décus

Albergo ai piani Ho soggiornato in una doppia con bagno in camera, molto essenziale e un po' vecchiotta, ma la stanza era pulita Pozione ottima,vicino al centro, comoda per raggiungere il lungomare e i carrugi per la movida serale Neo: si trova nei pressi dell Aurelia per cui la notte si sente parecchio il traffico di passaggio

Personale educato e Professionale . Comodo al Centro Città . Al bagno mancava il bidet, il che complicava molto l'uso dello stesso . Il WC non era fissato al pavimento, e la Cabina Doccia era il bagno stesso. Da sistemare.

Le camere sono piccole, ma non è questo ciò che lascia poco soddisfatti. La doccia è priva di box o anche una semplice tenda, l'aria condizionata funziona solo dalle 18 alle 24, non avevamo asciugacapelli in camera. Il prezzo, 180 per due notti, è veramente troppo alto per il servizio offerto. Non è neanche prevista la colazione. Si nota poca cura e poca voglia di rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Le donne delle pulizie, al contrario, ce la mettono tutta per fare al meglio il loro lavoro. Sicuramente eviteremo di tornarci.

Hotel da incubo. Il peggiore che mi sia mai capitato. Sporco, maleodorante, doccia inesistente senza piatto, ubicata nel centro del bagno una vota utilizzata il bagno diventa inaccessibile fino al giorno dopo. Il titolare ci ha detto che l'aria condizionata si può usare dalle 18 alle 24. Non ci ha dato in telecomando perchè a sua detta non faceva caldo e che non l'avevano ancora accesa quest'anno ( ho soggiornato 2 notti dal 29 luglio al 31 luglio con temperature che sfioravano i 35 gradi). Una bettola pagata ben 95 euro a notte!

Hotel pulito ma parecchio scomodo
La mia esperienza è stata positiva per il borgo e il mare ma il letto era scomodo per i due materassi affossati e il bagno striminzito e scomodo. Poi per 60 euro a notte al mattino sarebbe stato piacevole una tazza di tè caffè e qualche biscotto. Lina Colacillo

Purtroppo non siamo rimasti soddisfatti x la camera ok e un hotel ad una stella ma il prezzo decisamente no quando rientravamo la sera ci si aspettava un po' di caldiccio visto che il tempo a pasqua non è' stato dei migliori poi si entrava in bagno e si capiva perché la finestra era rotta fare la doccia un'impresa perché non c'era il piatto doccia essendo il bagno super piccolo quindi restava tutto bagnato Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerei

L'albergo è ricavato al primo piano di un condominio, in zona centralissima a Sestri. La sistemazione e' semplice ma confortevole, unica pecca l'assenza del phon.

It more than surpassed my expectations
The Hotel Suisse is a small place located just 10 minutes away (walking) from the Baia del Silenzio. I stayed there for 3 days and a half and was pleasantly surprised to find an affable desk gentleman, a clean room and an accessible location. The room was cleaned everyday and actually my belongings were graciously rearranged so the room looked itself very neat everytime I came in. The internet worked well most of the times (there was a very rainy day in which I think it did not work but that was well, just the weather being mean). The only comment that is not positive is about the bathroom layout. But even I acknowledge this is a cultural difference rather than a negative aspect: The shower had no bathtub so technically, whenever you took a shower, the toilet (located close to the noozle) and the floor near it would also get wet. I asked around and got told that this is not an uncommon design in some hotels, so I just mention in case somebody sees this and wonder why. Finally, I had to book for a few extra hours on my check-out day and the recepcionist was kind enough to allow us to stay for a reasonable partial payment. If only for the helpfulness, I would go back again if I happen to stop by in Sestri. Don't get scared by the "1 start" hotel-type. If the workers want to make it a pleasant experience, then it will be. It was in my case :).

Breve pernottamento di coppia in fuga dallo stress. L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile, ubicato a quattro passi dal lungomare e, pur essendo un venerdi sera di fine giugno, il parking in zona non è stato difficile. L'hotel è ubicato al primo piano di un condominio, l'accoglienza è stata cortese (siamo stati attesi ben oltre l'orario di check-in) e le informazioni esaustive. La sistemazione è essenziale, ma la dotazione è completa, la pulizia impeccabile. Un po' rumoroso il lato strada.

Weil günstiger preis gebucht. Bei offenen Fenster sehr laut. Wir haben zwei Nächte nicht geschlafen. Mücken ohne Ende. Keine Klimaanlage.kaputt. Lieber mehr bezahlen und erholen.

A notre arrivée, vers 15H aucune personne à l'accueil, pas de restauration et le lendemain pas de petit déjeuner en un mot accueil tres désagréable. mais le plus gros probléme dont nous avons eu a souffert: c 'est le BRUIT pas d'isolation phonique entre la rue et la chambre: nous avons eu l'impression de dormir dans la rue un hotel a déconseillé pour le même prix nous aurions pu dormir dans un hôtel insonorisé avec petit déjeuner L'ALBERGO MARINA une tres mauvaise expèrience

Für die Durchreise vollkommen ausreichend. Leider keine Parkplätze vorhanden, dafür ist man Zufuss in 5 Min. in der Altstadt bzw. am Strand.

Hotel che rispetta il rapporto qualità prezzo. Non si può pretendere di più da un hotel ad 1 stella. Se si vuole di più bisogna cambiare hotel e mettere mano al portafoglio. Nell'insieme le stanze sono pulite. Cambio asciugamani quasi quotidiano. Doccia senza piatto doccia ragion per cui si allaga il bagno quando ci si lava e resta comunque bagnato fino all'indomani (finche non arriva la signora delle pulizie ad asciugare). WiFi deludente che non arriva all'ultime stanze. Stanze con TV.

We stayed 3 nights, had originally booked 2nights so we had to change rooms for the third night. The first room was a dubbel with a private bathroom, this room was spacious but the bathroom was small. When you showered the entire room and everything in it got wet. The room was a bit dirty but still ok. Our second room did not have a private bath, this was lokated in the corridor. Our room was the only room that was supposed to use this bathroom/toilet but since there was no lock on the door it was hard to know. You couldn't even close the door properly, it was always open. The room itself had a dubbel bed but no curtains and we had trouble to get the jalouise down. This room was not ok. The owner was confused but friendly.

Lo Suisse é un vecchio hotel da una stella, da ristrutturare. Il gestore, tuttavia, ha dimostrato una sufficiente attenzione verso gli ospiti, consapevole della qualità bassa della struttura.

Egentligen var det mesta bra. En stor besvikelse är att det inte fanns någon kylskåp så vi fick dricka ljummet vatten. Sen ska man få air condition men ägaren har tydligen något regel som gör att man endast får air condition mellan 19-00 ungefär vilket gör att man ligger och svettas hela natten. Öppnar man balkongen så blir man störd av trafiken som är igång hela natten i hög fart plus myggor som kommer in under natten om balkongen är öppen. Frukosten var inget att hänga i granen heller.
