The lovely and elegant Relais is just a few minutes away from the wonderfull sand beach of Porto Taverna and from the tourist centre of Porto San Paolo, with its connections to the Island of Tavolara in the protected Marine Area. It is only 15 minutes away from Olbia Emerald Cost airport and 10 from San Teodoro. The “Relais” is surrounded by flower gardens and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The garden also features a marvellous pool with Jacuzzi and a small baby pool . The Relais ideal place for your relax.
The Porto Taverna is most beautiful beaches in the area, with fine white sand, crystal-clear water with amazing coloured reflections, and a fully organized beach (lounges and umbrellas, pedal boats, rubber rafts). The bay is one of Sardinia’s most impressive, situated opposite the islands of Tavolara and Molara . Only a short distance away lie the beautiful beaches of Cala Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, la Cinta; in the opposite direction, towards Olbia, the beaches of Costa Corallina, Porto Istana, Capo Ceraso, Li Cuncheddi, Le Saline.
The location is an ideal starting point for excursions in Emerald Coast, in the North of Sardinia and Barbagia to enjoy the natural beauty, cultural and archaeological treasures.
The Relais has a nice sitting room for reading, TV lounge with big screen.

The eleven junior suites have balcony or patio, are spread over two floors and elegantly furnished in Sardinian style decor in warm tones.
They all have a living room, desk, air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone, LCD TV with satellite channels and pay-per-view., minibar, safe. They all have balcony or patio or garden view. The shower rooms are equipped with bathrobes, hair dryer and courtesy items.

The Relais has a nice lounge bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks or choose from a wide selection of teas and herbal infusions and a patio overlooking the garden surrounding the pool, where during the summer, Happy Hours and candlelight.

“friendly family run hotel”
Perfect location for airport, beaches and exploration. Kind welcoming family run hotel with good facilties and great restuarant. Staff very helpful and obliging.
“Very Good”
Great hotel for beach / pool holiday. Suitable for families with young children. Lovely swimming pool. Great beach within walking distance (10 mins or so) - a couple of minutes in car. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel restuarant rather expensive and choice limited (having a car gives other options for eating in the evening).
“Excellent family-run hotel.”
This hotel is located on the main road, the SS125, heading south around 8 miles from Olbia, it is therefore easy to find and is well placed for local beaches and the town of Porto San Paulo and Olbia itself. The hotel staff were extemely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with any queries or problems. The small pool was usually empty so we had it to ourselves whenever we wished and the food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. The room was large and airy and spotlessly clean everyday. As there are only a few rooms the hotel site was almost always quiet and we found it a superb place to relax in the sun.
“The people were so nice”
This hotel is beautiful with big rooms, incredibly nice staff, great food and the pool is a total sun trap! The staff were so nice because the hotel is a little out of town but they were happy to give us lifts to the beach (which is only a 10 minute walk) and into town for boat trips or dinner. We went in May so it was quite quiet, but hotel was great and the scenery was breath taking.

A very good hotel in a very nice part of Sardinia with plenty of things to do (nature reserves, beaches, walks, trips to the nearby islands etc). The hotel and rooms were tastefully decorated and the owner was very helpful without being obtrusive. Would definitely recommend and would hope to go again. Good for families with kids as well as couples.
“Tucked away”
My girlfriend and I needed to get out of Germany for the weekend - we booked this hotel through expedia, and we were very satisfied with the result. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic! We went at the end of March '06, so it was a bit early in the season... the beaches could have used a clean up, and the pool area at the hotel was under construction... This hotel seems to have been recently renovated, since, especially the bathroom - all new sink, bidet, toilet and shower - very nice
“Wonderful place, wonderful people”
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. There are few rooms, which means a truly personal service and almost exclusive use of their fantastic pool and gfardens. The proprietors could not have done more to make our trip perfect - they will taxi you to and from the nearby (beautiful) beach, and deliver drinks to the table outside your room. The in-house restaurant is superb, great food and great service, and you get a 10 percent disaocunt as a hotel guest. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will return!
