Our hotel is located in the center of the city and residential area 5 minutes from the Clérigos Tower and 15 to Ribeira, in a building recovered from the 19th century and considered a heritage of the city of Oporto and for that reason the impossibility of placing an elevator, we can not change the original structure of the building. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to satisfy every request of our guests creating memorable experiences, we try to help you whenever requested. Breakfast is served daily, continental, with fresh products such as breads and croissants, homemade cakes, varied hot and cold drinks and seasonal fruits. The cleanliness and comfort of our clients are key points for success, and that is why they are supervised daily by a person in charge of the department, but it was not done because the room was occupied and that the daily cleaning was not possible. All our rooms have been recently refurbished, as well as the beds to offer even more comfort. Notre hôtel est situé au centre de la ville de Porto, dans un bâtiment restauré du 19ème siècle, considéré comme patrimoine historique. Notre personnel est disponible 24 heures sur 24 pour satisfaire toutes les demandes et dépasser les attentes de nos clients. Le nettoyage est strictement effectué et supervisé par un responsable du service qui garantit les paramètres d'excellence que nous nous fixons.
