The staff at the hotel were great! Especially our waiter at the restaurant. We would stay here again for sure. Very friendly clean rooms and comfy beds.

Disappointing stay
It’s a beautiful hotel however the TV didn’t work. We advised the front desk and some tried to fix it but to no avail. We should have received a discount or some sort of compensation as this was a service we were paying for but nothing was offered. Also, the shower leaked everywhere.

A great start to a tour of Portugal
The hotel was very modern and beautiful. Loved our junior suite room. This hotel was part of tour package but we upgraded to the suite. The jacuzzi to soak in every night was much needed. The bed was big but very firm for me but otherwise no complaints at all.

Great location near the BoaVista Futbol stadium. The service was wonderful from Sylvia, Diogo, and Bruno. Would use this location again.

We had to book this hotel at the last minute as Airbnb had cancelled our apartment hours before flying out. We paid an extortionate rate for a week’s stay due to the Euro Nations as demand was high for accommodation

When we checked in for the hotel no one gave us formation about what products in the room were free. We didn’t use the bathrobes, not sure if they were included or not. No one explained to us how to use room service or where the menu was. The room smelled horrible of cigarette smoke when we checked in. The jacuzzi is why we picked the room, but it was too cold when we got there and took 5 plus hours to heat at a decent degrees. By the time it was hot enough for our liking, we were too tired. Also, we spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to turn the spa on. The patio was wet from raining the night before, so I used the towels to dry the patio so we could sit, not realizing they were the only towels we had. We called room service for more towels and a container of ice for our wine. Neither of those came. We decided after this hotel that we like boutique hotels better. Here we just felt like another number, not as special guests, even though we paid quite a lot for the room, over $200. Was not impressed.

Parking is not included in the rental, and the entry and exit of underground parking was very tight. THe hotel MAnager was very rude, but the staff was very polite and helpful.

Hotel staff very condescending.
Hotel staff was not friendly and very unclear about stay. One staff offered us to use a microwave to heat food and another staff says we couldn’t. Manager came down but was useless. Rooms are basic and with no special amenity. There are better options nearby for same value.

We were ok with the accommodations, but when we requested a taxi for 5 am to get to the airport they had called a car service which costs more than double and being outside of the city proper we didn't really have another choice!
