“Old Orchard Beach older crowd”

The motor inn is nice, but all the rooms do not have a view of the ocean. Rooms located on the second floor did but sea grass blocked first floor rooms view. Otherwise the location is right on the beach area and the staff is friendly and accommodating to our requests. The receptionist spoke English and French languages. (Whether she knew more is unknown by me.

Stayed here in October while visiting my daughter at UNE college. Rooms are very clean, location is great, right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises.

“One of the best!”

This is one of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed at. Very close to the pier and area attractions. Staff at motel went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Highly recommended.

“A great find”

A great find. The location was wonderful, right on the beach and a short walk to the central town/pier area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall motel very well kept. Walls are thin though, so early-rising children in neighboring rooms and the nearby train may be an issue for some. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, and even had the night security guard waiting for us with our room key, as we arrived late at night, well after the office had closed at 11pm. We hope to return in the future.

“Beautiful accommodations right on the water”

I expected a typical three star hotel with this booking, but wanted to be on the water for my overnight stay. The accommodations surpassed my expectations by a long shot! It is beautifully decorated, well maintained, the bathroom immaculate. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator that I had not planned on. But its right on the beach front, and the owner has a taste for how to decorate and keep her clients satisfied. There was even a box of salt water taffy waiting on the dresser upon my arrival.

“Quick Summer Get-Away”

Although very convenient to the beach, amusement park, and village area, the condition of the "townhouse" was rather 70-ish and quite cramped. Beware of the train! The location in proximity to the railroad track is roughly 50 feet or so, and the train whistle is sounded directly behind the hotel for nearby intersections...nowhere will you find this in brochures or flyers.
