Locked out of my room for almost two hours because of a faulty door latch that they knew they had problems with. Front desk girl was annoyed that I kept asking for updates because she only wanted to play with her Nintendo switch. Took the maintenance guy over a half hour to come down and look at it although he lives on the third floor. All while I got to sit in the hallway because my wallet, keys and phone were in the room.

Best motel for the money in the greater Portland area hands down. Noisy neighbors seem pretty common. Clean rooms and nice bath tubs. Make sure your motel room isn't near the side door entrances or elevator. Those doors slam hard all night and can be heard all through the building. Overall a great place to stay
