“Great place to stay in Portland”

This Hotel was more than we hoped for. A great value and the staff was just wonderful. Lovable, really!!! Clean, great breakfast and a nice happy hour on Tuesday. A pleasant walk to the street car. AAA+++

“Good Value!”

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times now. It's a very nice place (clean, friendly, comfortable, quiet etc), convenient for walking or driving, and a good value. You're almost downtown, but you don't have to pay for parking!

“Love this hotel - even with kids”

Wasnt sure what to think but ended up loving this hotel! Id stay here again. Was much quieter than the Mark Spencer, where we usually stay in Portland. Location wasnt as remote as Id feared. We got the King room with sofa bed for the boys( 3 and 6) and it was a HUGE room. Very nice and new feeling. Aveda products! They put us at the end of the hall away from other guests (which was nice). This place had the best free breakfast I've had outside France. Besides the waffles (which looked and smelled good) they had the usual stuff, plus hard boiled eggs, cubes of cheese, and even croissants. FREE Parking (which, isnt typical in Portland). Not sexy like some of the hip places, but a GEM IMO.

“Best in Portland NW area”
