“lovely place by the Columbia”
a great place to stay in Vancouver, right on the Columbia, with wonderful places to walk nearby. Also dog-friendly!
“Great Hotel for a great price!!”
A weekend trip to Portland at this great hotel. Checking was smooth and the clerk had a great attitude. The room was clean and the amenities were plentiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Ordered room service for breakfast and the food was good. The hotel restaurant staff was fantastic and the food was good.

The Reception was very professional and trained there.

For an older hotel the place is well maintained and nicely positioned on the Columbia River. Our stay was short-1 night, but the bed was very comfortable the room was clean and up to date. When we return to Vancouver, we will choose to stay at this Red Lion-Inn at the Quay. Quite a bargain for what you get.

We'll definitely go back to this hotel. We loved the room, the view, the service, the restaurant, the lounge and the location. We would recommend it to anyone. Oh, and the brunch on Sunday was to die for!
“Comfy and quiet”
I stayed here just one night, but I had an awesome river view facing the west and the sunset was gorgeous that evening. The room was small, but comfortable. I have back problems, so sleeping away from home can be a challenge, but the bed was great. Everything was updated and very nice. Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient.

The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant and bar was very good. The staff were very kind. I visit Vancouver and Portland regularly and will certainly go back to the Red Lion.
