The shower heads were dirty and really could use an upgrade. Recommend adding hooks for towels in the bathroom and update paint, caulking, etc. We also requested a noon check out. The person we spoke to stated they would put it in the notes, however, we received multiple knocks on the door while we were packing. The bed was comfortable, but some minor upgrades would do wonders.

Need tables and at least one chair for table. Beds are too high, very hard to get into if you are shorter. An available foot stool by request would be nice. Also, check into getting Portland area or state maps for pickup. They are available through the state. And, lastly, it would be nice if the people working the desk be more aware of their surrounding. I tried asking questions about the area and could not get answers as the person was not familiar enough with the area to help. (they live in Washington and only work in Oregon.) the morning person was quite helpful but the evening person knew nothing. I am Oregon resident and know somethings, but a tourist would not get much information.

Lady at the front desk was a zombie. At times she wouldn’t even register that you had spoken to her. Location is not wonderful; lots of homeless in the area. First room we went to had sawdust on the floor, an unpleasant smell and stains that we optimistically took for ketchup. Went to tell the zombie at the front desk who helpfully told us that housekeeping would take care of it in the morning. Seriously. We asked for another room which was okay at best. Everything was old (finish long worn off, dings and chips everywhere) but clean enough to sleep in. Definitely would not stay here again.

This location was great. Close to friends and family. Close to the funeral I attended. The Ramada building looked old and in need of repair and updating! I walked into the elevator and found about a half inch of water on the floor. My room was clean but had gouges in the wall and needed painting. The staff members were very friendly polite and professional.

Staff were helpful and assisted us with our queries. It’s located in a run down part of town with limited access to amenities, you will definitely need a car to make your way around. Rooms were a bit tired and could do with an uplift, but bed was comfortable and clean. Fresh towels were provided daily but bed was not made up, which would normally be expected. Probably more motel than hotel.

Acoustics good; quiet was conducive to satisfying night's sleep. Room designated accessible had bathtub standard height, so challenging to clear side to step in. Housekeeping staff very responsive to requests. Hole apparently punched in bathroom door somewhat unnerving. Clean washer/dryer setup nice, but found washer wasn't working after adding detergent and clothes. No sign warning Out of Order had been posted.

Within the facility was fairly nice. Rooms were fairly clean and breakfast was decent. You get outside the property there are signs of homeless encampments around the area just down the street are a couple of strip clubs that kind of drag down the area.

The chair in our room had a broken leg which kind of launches you forward if you sit in it. The doors don’t close properly and the room smells like cigarette. Paint chipped and no curtain for the shower. Should get a full refund. Breakfast was ok.

The bed and pillows are great and everything wlse was not. The toilet was not clean, the sink was clogged and had haor in it, the tub was very old and damaged and there was mold on the walls. Breakfast was ok, not as many options as most, like honey and peanut butter.

There is a requirement to use your room card to enter the front door. I had not checked in so I did not have a room card. The person at the front desk eventually opened the doors for me. The person at the check in desk was unfriendly. There were some sketchy looking people outside. The breakfast was good. The room appeared to be relatively clean. We had requested a first floor level room but were given a second floor room.

AVOID! Hard to find, old, you will not sleep well
We chose this hotel to be close to the airport. Hard to find, old, hallways were exceedingly hot compared to room. Our bed was hard, the room smelled like urine. We stayed on the second floor, the room above and ceiling WE COULD HEAR EVERYTHING and the a-holes paced the floor and jumped on bed for 3 hours at 2-3 AM

There was a gaping hole under the air conditioner stuffed with paper. The bathtub was too high to safely climb into. Breakfast was not appropriately supplied with food, and not restocked as people ate.

In the past, we have always stayed at this hotel. This will be our last. The place is dated and the neighborhood condition made us very uneasy. Noisy car radios blasting out rap music at 2 am. Homeless people yelling at us in parking lot. Lobby restroom out of order. Room was only made up once in our 4-night stay. We had to ask for coffee and towels. Most unpleasant stay.

Very old property. Homeless camp nearby and people shooting up in the bushes of the property left us feeling unsafe. Definitely won't go out at night. If you can find somewhere else to stay, do it.
