“Sweet Deal Good Will”
I travel a lot because of my job, and I have spent the last almost two months at this Hotel, I guess I can call it home. Best of best service, full brakefast & delicious choices, everything in the hotel is brand new, excellent beds, amazing gym, flat TV screen on your room, grate people at the front desk. what else could you possibly ask for. The best service I ever had for a good price.
“Nice bed”
The bed in this inn is so good! when I go in to the room is looks soso, but after I try the bed I think it just fantastic, it is big and soft, very comfortable.
“Slight difficulties”
Though I was thrilled with the last stay at this hotel, this time was not so excellent. The room we were assigned had yet been attended too. Though it should have been a quick fix, the desk person was very slow in getting to our aid, making the whole check in process over 30 minutes long.
“not impressed”
on-line no way to request handicap requests. Rm was on 2nd flr, said I could not do stairs, chnged to first level, still had stairs!!!!! which she did not tell me. Though there were 1st level rooms without stairs. On line Sr discount not offered, nor when I got there...had to ask for more coffee, took forever for her to find, then had to ask for coffee condiments and waited longer, very slow poor service....did not try and help me with handicap needs. Construction also going on right outside my room....no discount for inconvenience, nor was I told construction would be taking place
“Good for a lay over”
We just went to our room for a lay over, generally speaking it was ok. I liked the location since it was close to 5
“Completely flunked the reservation process”
I was traveling with my elderly parents, including my father who cannot manage stairs due to a recent stroke. I called the hotel directly after making my reservations on Expedia. I spoke with Cory and explained that my father could not manage any stairs, and wanted to make sure that the hotel either had an elevator or could ensure me two rooms on ground level. Cory understood and assured me that I would have ground level rooms and even gave me two specific room numbers, 111, and114. When I arrived for check-in Cory was not working, but a new clerk with just two day's experience. The registration clerk explained that my rooms were on the second floor. I explained the entire registration process and that two rooms on the second floor might as well be on the roof if they didn't have an elevator. The desk clerk apologized but would do nothing else to help. VERY BAD start to the first day of traveling for my aging parents.
