“Nice place to stay”

The hotel was very nice and I would stay here again.

We had originally made a reservation for Saturday night but we got into town a day earlier and were able to get the room a day early in spite of the fact that there was a soccer tournament going on and there were many teams at the hotel. Service was very good. The room was comfortable and clean and staff made every effort to make our stay a pleasant experience.

The service at the front desk was what made it all worthwhile, they do a great job of making you feel welcomed and appreciated and will go out of their way to make the stay more enjoyable for you. The services offered in the hotel was great for the room rates. Overall I would stay there over any other hotel in the surrounding area!

this hotel was great. staff was there to answer questions and help in any way they could. breakfast had alot of different things, including hot food. i would recommend any one to stay there. very nice.

“Pleasantly surprised”

This hotel was remodeling while we were there, so there was some dust, noise, etc. due to that, but otherwise it was a very nice stay. Friendly and helpful managers. Cookies at the check in desk. Clean, updated room. Comfortable beds. Nice complementary breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, and more. The outdoor pool was nice for my boys to cool off in (small but clean). Overall I was happy with our stay. I didnt know what to expect and thought I was taking a chance, but glad I did. Saved some money and had a clean room.

Stayed two nights and everything was great. Our first room didn't have the microwave that I expected, so they moved us to another room which had a microwave plus a fridge and extra sink, and was a larger room also for no extra charge. A good sized breakfast room that had quite a few choices. Nice setting away from hiway noise. Would stay again.

“Quality Inn Tigard- little things make it not worth it”

Hotel as a whole was decent, but the little things kept adding up to make it not a good stay. One of the biggest things I have to have at a hotel is Internet. This one advertised WiFi. They had it, but it was so slow that it was unusable. The air conditioner in the room was very loud when it kicked on, kept waking me up at night. Told the front desk about this and the slow internet, told me that they would look into it. Nothing ever done. One of the outlets, next to the bathroom that also had the hairdryer for my wife, stopped working. Decent clean rooms, breakfast was decent- nothing exciting. Not planning on going back there next time I am in the Portland area.
