It's great for what it is. It's surrounded by nice hotels that are better upkept however, if you need to be on a budget, this works just fine. No complaints!

The Inn was dirty, half the Inn is a low income housing and the other half is a Inn, the bathroom had grime on the edges of the sink and tiles. Never ever will Stay or recommend again. The free breakfast was toast.

Our friends had to request another room cause the comforter had bodily fluids on it (colored) Orange mold not cleaned out of bathtubs. Oh and wow! Our room, you had to forcibly push the door closed. Our friends room you could absolutely tell the door was (previously) broken into and the attempt to fix it was way sub par. The frame was down to the metal. And the toilets… um taking those from an elementary school and using them for hotel toilets is unbelievable! The toilet was the shortest toilet for a hotel room I have ever seen! I went to check out the free continental breakfast and he saw broken equipment, dirty tables, trash on the floor etc. Really upset that no mention we had to PAY to park to stay at this hotel. It is underhanded and wrong! we asked to have that reversed and was told by staff “no, I just work here.” Had to park to park in below level parking. The dumpsters(at least 4) were full and the smell was DISGUSTING. These were near the only elevator, which there was no signage. The elevator smelled and worked like it was from 1970. The parking area had trash strewn everywhere. I needed ice for my knee from recent surgery and that was out of commission.

When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was broken. Normally, this is not a problem, but for business trips I haul in heavy boxes. The only solution that was offered me was to cancel, which was ridiculous since I had pre-paid and it was a convention weekend. (Everything was booked or very expensive.) There was no suggestion of assistance at all. (It made me wonder about those folks in wheelchairs who had booked ahead of time. What were they suppose to do?) I did see a young lady with a cane have difficulty climbing the stairs. (I offered to assist, but she turned me down.) The up side was whenever housekeeping saw me struggling, they kindly offered to help as did other guests. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is close to the convention center and the light rail. Food choice are minimal, but there is a Safeway grocery store about a 1/2 mile away. By the way, the elevator was never fixed while I was there.

By far the dirtiest motel I have ever been in
By far the dirtiest motel I have ever been in. Check the Yelp reviews!! Paint chipped off the walls, peeling baseboard, stained upholstery, stained mattress cover, stained lampshade, stained carpet, bits of crud on the floor around the refrigerator and under the bed, a Slim Jim wrapper stuffed into the chair, more trash stuffed into the box spring of the bed, crud in the fridge, and a musty smell coming from the air conditioner (which gave me an allergy headache). The bathroom was the only thing that was clean, and appeared more recently renovated. Did a bedbug check after seeing the state of things and found none, but did find what appeared to be a fentanyl pipe under the mattress and unidentifiable objects stuffed up into a big hole on the underside of the box spring (fortunately when I went down to the front desk to get someone to clean it out, it turned out to be just trash). The manager was apologetic and appeared to be doing his best, but the state of the place is noticeably worn out and dirty, and the cleaning staff did not do a thorough job at all. During my stay, I requested cleaning service, and left a note for housekeeping, in English and Spanish, with a tip, detailing the places where I had found stains and filth. Yet after they serviced the room, not only did they not change any of the stained linens, they did not even vacuum the rug.
