“Good hotel for a decent price”
I do a lot of traveling to the Portland area for business and stay in various parts of the town. This is a nice, very affordable hotel. This particular room was pretty small for two people though. We made it managable for our two night stay. Will stay here again.
“Nice Place With Good Rates”
Nice basic rooms. Several eating places in same parking lot is really convenient.
“Great hotel, great service, except for the despot van driver”
The people who worked behind the front desk were amazing - extremely organized, helpful, and "on it." The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. My only complaint: the asian woman who drove the hotel van was shockingly rude on numerous occassions, to me and my fellow travelers, but her rudeness was so egregious that it was comical, added character to the experience.
“graduation time”
The hotel was nice and clean, food was as expected. Not far from Reed College. Since I went to my daughter's graduation, it was perfect.
“Great place for a quick stop!”
The people were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the continental breakfast made this quick visit to Portland worry free.
“Days Inn Clackamas rocks”
The hotel was great! Next to the freeway to get to portland which took about 15 min. And right down the street there is a bunhc of resturants and a mall. The room was awesome, they even upgraded me to a king room with a fridge and a microwave. And the free breakfast was cool because they had waffels!!!!! I would totally stay there again!
“Sufficient”
Bed is comfortable, internet is fast. This has everything I could ask for in a hotel. It is a little confusing to get to, just remember to turn on Stevens Street.
“Portland vacation”
We vacationed in Portland because our daughter lives in the Clackamus area. There is plenty to do and we had a great time watching motocross races in Washougal, WA. We also rode the MAX to downtown Portland and we drove to the ocean to do some sightseeing at Cannon Beach.
“Days Inn - South, Portland, OR”
In addition to the satisfactory room, etc., the continental breakfast was very nice, we thought. There was a very nice selection of cereal, pastries, muffins, fruit and fruit juices. The hostess was there, keeping everything stocked and doing clean-up as needed. It's a very nice extra and makes it easy for travelors to eat a light meal and hit the road.
“Would go back”
The hotel was very conviently located. The room was clean and good size for our needs. The only problem was the exercise room a couple of the machines didn't work.
