“Very nice for the price”

We had a very comfortable stay and found the furnishings representative of a higher rated hotel. The outdoor hallways were a bit of a surprise but at least they did not smell like smoke as in some hotels. The heater was powerful and had been turned on before we arrived which made the place immediately cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, oven gloves, towels, dishsoap and a dishwasher with machine washing soap. We just put our food in the frige and enjoyed our stay. Oh, and there were two t.v.s which is nice as we don't watch t.v. at home!!

Had a great stay. convenient to walking all over town. Free parking is great. They even let us switch rooms. Other commenters said the walls were a bit thin and I guess I would agree with that, but overall we had a lovely time.

“This hotel was perfect.........”

Perfect location for getting around Portland without having to drive. Great neighborhood with every type of restaurant imaginable nearby.The staff was super friendly and willing to help you in any ways possible. It is not often people seem to really enjoy their job but that was the case at this hotel. They truly seemed to love what they do. The rooms were spacious and comfortable not to mention super clean. Everything seemed brand new. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels and this hotel is one of the best.Get a room on the top floor, the view is great.

“Very friendly staff, clean room, great location”

Park Lane Suites is located in a wonderful neighborhood, close to good restaurants and numerous shops. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating and the rooms are clean and spacious. The free parking is a great perk. My only complaint is that the rooms don't have hair dryers and there are only a few available at the front desk.

The suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet yet a short distance to excellent retaurants & the downtown area. The staff was friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable & the kitchenette was well equipped. I would highly recommend this Park Lane Suites & would gladly return.

“I Definitely Will Stay Here Again”

This was one of the best Hotels I ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful and the Hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast was more than I expected and being so close to everything including downtown Portland was a major plus. You could walk anywhere from the Hotel and if need be catch the Max lines or buses or trolleys really easy. You will never be disappointed and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Coming from Honolulu, this really meant a lot...Thank you Expedia for this Hotel/Flight package. Everything went extremely well for me.

“Wonderful Bargain”

Incredibly helpful staff, we mentioned seeing a movie and the desk help went on line and printed out a list of what was showing and where. Lots of great food close, an upscale food market, great coffee, great deli all within walking distance. And Powell's Books is just down Burnside!

“Great value in Portland”

The Park Lane Suites offered clean comfort and value for a reasonable rate. It is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Tiny complaint---the breakfast buffet was limited to bagels. A bit more creativity would be appreciated.

“Nice Room, Nicer People!”

The hotel was perfect, good location, good price, nice clean room, comfortable bed. We had a kitchen and a sitting area, with a separated bedroom, which was cool. The staff was incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable, and if they didn't know something they would certainly find out. One night we wanted to travel out of our walking zone a bit late at night, and the guy behind the desk went to the TriMet website to print us out the exact bus route, including how to get back. Also they always had cookies for us! The breakfast was a little weak, but definitely enough. Overall it was a REALLY great choice and we felt really at home for our four nights there!

We were very pleased with our accomodations. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions around town and other helpful advice. We have already recommended this place to many of our friends and will stay there next time we are in Portland.
