“Nice, Clean & Comfortable Place to Stay - Highly recomended !”

Went to see the fall colours of Maine and NH over the Oct-10th week-end. Hotel and the Hotel manager, both were extremely good, courteous, and excelled all expectations !! Manager was present at all times for any kind of question and assistance ( none was needed though, because the room and it's facilities were all as expected ). Very satisfied with overall stay. Clean, comfortable room and to top it al, the location of the hotel is really very convenient. Highly recomended for all visitors to this area.

We ran out of supplies (toilet paper) and could have used more towels. Also, they didn't really make the bed the next day.

“Bare Bones Beach Accomodations”

The hotel's biggest selling point is its location to the Pier - about an 8 minute walk. Basically, the rooms were clean; no extra frills here. Our kids' room (located next door) was marketed as "no smoking", but the room reeked of old cigarette smoke. Pool was out of commission (a disappointment in August), but the A/Cs worked well. Staff were difficult to locate at check out time, and guests just left their cards lying on the counter. Booking through Expedia made the price worthwhile - I would not have paid full price to stay here, though.

“Easy walk to the beach”

Hotel needs a redo but loved the location and we had a great time. Hard to find an affordable room mid summer in old orchard.

Cet hôtel ne remplit pas tous les critères mentionnés sur le site Expedia. Le petit déjeuner et la piscine devraient être omises de la liste car non offerts. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas là. Selon moi le tarif annoncé devrait être réduit . Reste que pour ceux qui ne veulent qu'un toit pour la nuit et qui passent le reste de la journée en dehors de l'hôtel ça peut convenir. L'essentiel est là: un lit propre, un petit frigo, 2 chaises et une petite table.

“Not a place to stay.”

Do not stay at this place! We decided on this hotel because we wanted to use a pool on our vacation. When we checked the lady said that the pool broke months ago. The room smelled bad, and the bathroom was dirty. The best part of this hotel was the location... it is a short walk to the pier.

“vieux sale déprimant”

Cet hôtel a un urgent besoin de rénovation.Les accessoires de la salle de bain étaient d'un vieux rose douteux et le bain encrassé noir. J'ai pris ma douche avec mes scandales. Il n'y a ni téléphone ni réveil-matin. La piscine était fermée pour toute l'été. Les gens de Knights Inn devrait vérifier de faire respecter le 1 1/2 étoile donnée à l'hôtel.

“Would not stay there again”

Front desk person was not friendly and very hard to understand. The room was small and very out dated + Dirty. The carpet was soaking wet, the bathroom was very dingy + dirty looking. Could not wait to check out..The price is not even close to what you would expect..
