“Very happy guests”
The room was clean and the staff friendly. I forgot my toothbrush, and they gave me one plus toothpaste for no charge. The lobby was big and roomy and clean, as was the room. They provided free wifi and comfortable beds, and everything was great...location could not be better. Five minutes from Old Port section of Portland. We will make this our favorite place to stay. Did I mention free parking right out the front door? No need for a parking voucher or a walk from parking lot. This place rules!
“Good experience at HoJo!”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I needed to go to an appointment 15 minutes away from the hotel and when I asked the staff to call a taxi for me, they offered to take me to my appointment. Restaurant at hotel is very convenient.

Very satisfied with our 4 day stay at this hotel. Clean. Quiet. Convenient to all of our activities.

“HoJo's Maine”
It is a moderately priced hotel, Clean, Safe, not a lot of frills. 2 restaurants on site. Others close by. Main Mall is a short drive. 15 minutes from downtown Portland. Right off the highway but I wasn't disturbed by traffic. pool was o.k.
“Would choose this hotel again”
I had to be at Maine Medical Center in downtown Portland @ 8 AM. I settled on this hotel because of the easy access to a direct route AND a much lower price than downtown hotels. I was pleasantly surprised at my choice. The lobby was very nice; it had a workout room and swimming pool, both inviting, but the highlight was that the room was very spacious, very clean, and the beds very comfortable. It also had a balcony, a table and a desk. The bathroom was clean and plenty adequate with a "green planet" sign on the doornob. I have to say it was as nice as many "upscale" and higher priced hotels I've stayed at. We also got discount coupons for 2 restaurants right next to the hotel.
“Good value hotel”
It isn't the fanciest but is clean and well kept - a good value for the money. Employees very friendly and helpful. Very well located just outside Portland. 10 min to Maine Mall. 15 min to downtown. Right off toute 95.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room I stayed in was really spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the rate I paid. I will for sure stay here on my next visit to Portland.
“EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!”
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel!! From the gorgeous double-sided stone fireplace in the Lobby to the great room to the bright bathroom and sooooo comfy bed! You won't be disappointed with this gem!
