“Good value”

It was a good value, also clean, comfortable bed and convenient to I-5. Although we did not have time for breakfast it looked good.

“Not bad for the price”

This hotel is located very near my daughter's home. That is why we chose it. It is shabby, but clean. The bed was good, but the pillows were terrible. I went to Target and bought new pillows because we were staying three nights. It is pretty close to the freeway and thus downtown Portland and the Tigard/ Beaverton areas are easy to access, too. It was kind of noisy with traffic noise. Not a bad place for the price, but not a "nice" place either. The work out room has equipment, but it is all really old and not the best. It's so noisy you can't hear the TV while you work out. They could improve it by replacing just one or two pieces with more up to date equipment. Overall, I would probably stay again if money were tight. Otherwise, probably not.

“Good hotel, good price”

Hotel looked nice & clean, quiet. Smelled bit musty in some spots, but looks like it was recently remodeled. Very big room with couch and King size bed. Continental breakfast was adequate, tho heavy on the carbs like most of them are.

“Reservation reservations”

I would recommend this hotel with reservations. The rooms were basic but fine. The staff, however, were not knowledgeable about hotel procedures even to the point of not being able to book an extra night's stay without checking with supervisor. What one employee assured me, the next refuted.

“We'll be back.”

We stayed at this hotel while visiting our daughter in Portland. It was great for our purpose. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room and hotel included all of the expected amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was so-so. We will stay here the next time we visit. I would recommend this hotel for casual travelers. If you're looking for a good price and clean room - this is the place. If you want a fancy room or celebrating a special occasion - then consider something else.

“not great”

It took 20 minutes to check in even though we were the only ones in the lobby and we had prepaid through Expedia. We requested a first floor room but got a second floor one that had a terrible view even though the hotel was almost empty. The room smelled oddly. It was difficult to find too. It was also further away from Lewis and Clark College than the online information had indicated.

“Don't Expect Accomadation”

My room had garbage in it. The breakfast bland and one morning there was no coffee. I was charged $10 for extra sheets.
